L'appartement paraît plus grand sur les photos que dans la réalité. Il a été rénové avec goût mais il subsiste une très forte odeur d'humidité même si on aère. Le lave vaisselle n'avait pas été nettoyé quand nous sommes arrivés, le filtre était bien chargé ( probablement pas du tout nettoyé de l'été).Pas de produits, il faut tout acheter. Concernant l'environnement: proche de toute commodités.Il faut toutefois noter un point très négatif: le balcon est régulièrement envahi de pigeons qui laissent leurs excréments sur la table, les chaises . Ne pas laisser de linge à sécher dehors!En bref, c'est un appartement qui convient pour 2 personnes juste pour y dormir. S'il pleut, rester à l'intérieur est peu agréable par le manque de place et l'odeur désagréable persistante.

Bonjour Madame Monsieur, Merci pour votre retour. L’appartement a été entièrement rénové cette année juste avant la saison d'été et les photos publiées sont réelles et non retouchées. Son emplacement entre océan et forêt peut entraîner davantage d’humidité en période de pluie (comme la semaine de votre venue) malgré l’aération. Concernant les produits, ils ne sont pas fournis car il s’agit d’une location classique via agence et non d’un logement Airbnb entres particuliers. Nous nous excusons pour l’état du lave-vaisselle à votre arrivée : en pleine saison, notre équipe de ménage a un rythme très soutenu, et un oubli a malheureusement pu se produire. Des consignes plus strictes ont été données pour éviter que cela ne se reproduise. Enfin, pour les pigeons, le syndic de la résidence est bien conscient du problème et cherche actuellement une solution durable. Nous espérons que vous avez tout de même apprécié la rénovation récente et la localisation idéale de l’appartement, proche de la plage et des commodités. Service location Karine
