Spring Break Beach Trip
The property was nice, as was the neighborhood!
The listing states the house has 5.5 bathrooms, but we counted 4.5. There was zero communication from the Property Management company, even after several phone calls, emails and other attempts. We literally could not get necessary information such as gate codes; and did not get an answer for our late check out request and use of the grill (which we did not use).
-There are 3 codes for the entire property - we were given one. You need the front gate code, the beach access code, and the beach RR code.
-The house was nice but missing some basic items such as enough bath towels, pot holders, back up trash bags, papertowels, tp, tin foil, ziplocs, etc. (We brought everything but the potholders so we bought some at Publix!)
-The ice maker was jamming and not working so we bought bags of ice.
-There was a drip coffee maker with no supplies for it. We brought our Keurig.
-There were no check-out instructions, and no information about the house or the area.
-There was no outside trash container, so another property mgmt company brought us a container to use, as well as more bath towels for the master.
Other than one email about the reservation, there was no information or communication, which was extremely frustrating and diminished the overall experience.
