About this property

DROME: Single-storey house

This pleasant single-storey house will welcome you in a very cosy place with its two bedrooms, living room dining room and its veranda with a garden decorated with lavender laurels. You can rest by the pool and have your meals with its fully equipped summer kitchen, the barbecue as a bonus of course! You can visit the Drôme Provençale Grignan and its castle, the UPIE zoo, the butterfly farm in Die, the splendid saou forest and all the small surrounding villages. Our house is located in the old village of Montoison where you will find a bakery, a newsagent, 3 restaurants and a mini-market and pharmacy 3 kms, 20 minutes from Valence Sud and 10 minutes from Crest.
