Nice stay in Snohomish

We enjoyed our stay at Mary's place. The location was great and convenient to downtown. We cooked all of our meals while we were there and the kitchen worked out perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and the place was generally clean. My only concern is that there was pet hair on the area rug and the sofa smelled like dog.

Great Location to downtown Snohomish

Easy walk to everything in downtown Snohomish. Comfortable beds. Everything you need away from home including a washer and dryer. Just make sure you can go up stairs. If you have walking or stairs challenges this is not for you. Looks just like the photos.

Great Location

We were so thankful to be close to many bike paths with even a day trip to bike San Juan Island. Mary’s Villa was so comfortable and clean with all we needed. We enjoyed our morning coffee (appreciated the coffee )on the balcony each morning. We felt safe and would definitely stay again.

Perfect apartment in a wonderful little town

Mary's villa is super clean and was really convenient for our stay in the area as we were visiting two different families nearby. This was our second stay here. We felt extremely comfortable in the apartment. It had everything we needed and we've come to love Snohomish with it's great restaurants , cute stores and accessibility to a great river trail. We plan to come back.

Very clean space that was much better than a hotel. We made use of the washer/dryer. The home is very close to downtown Snohomish. Off street parking in the alley. Having multiple bedrooms was a plus as we are traveling with a teenager. I highly recommend the property.

Absolutely perfect

What a wonderful property to stay at. Three of us came in for a wedding in snohomish. It was the perfect amount of space and it felt like being home. Mary has everything you need and if you need anything else she’s just a message away. Highly highly recommend!

Even though it rained and rained…Mary’s Villa was warm and cozy.

Mary’s Villa was the perfect place for our extended stay visiting family. It was extremely well stocked, cozy, quiet, clean and near shopping, drug stores, gas stations and the cutest little town north of Seattle. We kept discovering new places and things to do nearby and fell in love with the area. Mary was easy to contact and lovely to work with. We have many reasons to return to the area and we would not hesitate to stay at Mary’s Villa again.

Mary's Place is a home away from home

I had a great one month stay at Mary's place, as a tree fell on my house and I needed a place to stay while they fixed it! Mary was just wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with. Her place was clean and comfy, and I already love the town of Snohomish and walked downtown a few times from there! This place was very nurturing for me! Thanks Mary!

Short stay in Snohomish

Had business in Monroe for a few days, but didn't want to listen to the constant trains day and night, so stayed in Snohomish. The apartment was clean and furniture in good shape. All of us were under 5' 8" tall, so the taller stools and table were a challenge. Street parking was a little crowed. Over all a good experience. Nicely stocked kitchen.

Great spot near the Centennial Trail

The amenities were exactly as stated. The linens were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The laundry closet is simple and 100% enviable! Everything was easy to find and most things were easy to work. The shower head proved a little tricky, but once we turned the knob on the main shower head to the left for a 180-degree rotation, it launched the handheld shower and we could rinse our little one’s hair. The hot water was fantastic! The hosts seem to think of everything—including tons of soft, fluffy blankets and quilts for cooler evenings. The bathroom had some hair clippings on the toilet and bathtub when we arrived, but I wiped them up and everything else was in good shape. The apartment smelled musty when we arrived but aired out quickly when we opened up the widows. This may just be part of the rain & moisture in the Pacific NW. We loved the location close to the Centennial Trail and the amazing playground at the Boys and Girls Club. I felt very safe running alone on this trail in early morning and mid-day. There were plenty of walkers, runners, and bikers. There’s also a well stocked Rite Aid a few blocks away and most of historic Snohomish is within walking distance. We’d stay here again!

Nice inside, needs Maintenace outside

This property was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. It needs some overall Maintenace both inside and outside. The fans on the property need to be replaced, both were broken or didn't work. The shower knob needs to be fixed or replaced. Also, it needs a better description on where the door is and where you park. You have to go to the apartments next door, use their driveway and then go to the back alley to find the door. That is hard to do when it's pitch dark at night and you have never been here before. Overall, the neighborhood was quiet, but some of the houses are run down. It's on a very busy street. Not much street parking. It worked for our needs, but more than 4 in the place and it would be way to small to enjoy!
