We came into town for a preseason game. We are Bill’s fans! Location was excellent. Very close to the stadium. Everything on the website was just as it was. Apartment was clean. Bed was comfy! Would definitely recommend staying.

The property looks exactly like the picture my only suggestion for guests would be to arrive before it gets night time because it gets extremely dark outside and you might drive right past the house and you will need your glasses and flashlight on your phone to put the code in but it is a smooth transition into the building and the apartment clean updated appliances plenty of channels on the TV comfy stay..

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was immaculately clean. There was enough bath towels and facecloths. The couch was very comfortable. The only down fall was there was not enough utensils, plates or cooking utensils with only one dish towel.My suggestion would be to fix the handrail going upstairs for safety reasons and get air fresheners for the weed smell. The weed smell was overwhelming and it came into the apartment we were staying in.

Joshua always keeps his place clean and communicates exceptionally well prior to staying at his lovely home. There are plenty of shops and shopping within minutes of this place and there is plenty of parking at his place also. Once we found this gem in Hamburg, it was our go to place for Hilbert College visits. For the past 3 years, we have thoroughly enjoyed our times at this place. From morning coffee to shopping the shops and short jaunts to the college. We highly recommend this place!

A Cozy Home away from home is exactly what this place is and Joshua is a wonderful host. We love this place and have plans on staying here again with several visits to Hamburg. It was our second time at the place and we will continue to come back when it is available for our travel plans.
