The kitchen area opens onto the living room, serving as a lounge/dining room with dining area. A large bay window opens onto the terrace and private, not overlooked garden at the rear of the house, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Sleeping accommodation is divided between the house's three bedrooms. The master suite on the first floor has a bathroom and a separate toilet communicating with the living area. Upstairs, two charming attic bedrooms share a bathroom with toilet. Parking available in the enclosed grounds. Fully enclosed wooded garden.
