On 120 sqm and on a half level, you will find several separate spaces.

The living room is pleasant with its fully equipped open kitchen overlooking the dining area and a first living room.

4 steps lead you to the second living room with its vaulted ceiling and these soft colours. It is a real cocoon full of elegance.

These two very friendly spaces give direct access to the inner courtyard where you can share good meals and aperitifs enjoying the climate sheltered by Mediterranean plants.

As for the beds, you will first of all enjoy a large and bright parental suite with direct access to the inner courtyard. It is equipped with a 160x200 bed. Beautifully decorated with its exposed white lasured beams, it is a very relaxing space with its shower room, a closet and separate toilet.

The second sleeping area offers two bedrooms. One with a double bed (140x190) and one with a bunk bed (90x200).

The second shower room with its large walk-in shower is shared. It is located right next to the two bedrooms. A second independent toilet is at your disposal.

All bedding is recent and quality.

Being on the ground floor and crossing, the apartment naturally offers a moderate temperature so that it was not necessary to install air conditioning. Fans are at your disposal.

Other remarks

The parking available is in a paid parking 500m from the apartment.

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

The apartment cannot be rented to organize parties or events.

The animals are refused.

Arrival times: 16h -19h, departure time: 9h - 10h. In summer, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.



The district

The apartment is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat, which runs quietly through small streets full of charm and cleared of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. Discover houses whose construction spread from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Sadi Carnot square and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.

Also take advantage of the new docks of the old harbours totally renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are an invitation to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.

You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its rugged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «THE GULF OF LOVE» but also its hinterland: park of the Calanques, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, circuit of the Castellet, etc.

On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the sun.

You can also take back your vehicle and embark at your leisure on the discovery of the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Massif du Castellet or in the reserve of the Calanques, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, etc.
