Welcome to Tiny Pines Cottage by Clear Trail Properties , your cozy, updated 2-bedroom home designed for trail riders, remote workers, families, and outdoor enthusiasts. Just blocks from Ironwood’s snowmobile and UTV trails and minutes from downtown, this year-round retreat sleeps up to 8 and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and dedicated parking for two trucks/trailers.

Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood close to local cafés, hiking spots, and the Wisconsin border, Tiny Pines Cottage is perfectly positioned for both weekend adventures and extended stays in Michigan scenic upper peninsula.

Additional fees & requirements:
✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $500 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $30 fee and must be arranged in advance.
✔ Additional Guests - $5 per night for each guest beyond 4, max of 8 guests

The very Best Winter Romantic Get Away

We just Loved Tiny Pines!!! Everything is new and clean! The rooms are so cutely decorated. We arrived in the middle of a snow storm and everything was plowed for us❤️❤️ The kitchen had Everything!!! Plenty of towels and bathroom products! Thank you so much for a beautiful vacation!!! The dog friendly cross country ski trails are amazing!!! Sharons cafe had the best deserts!!!!

Perfect Home away from Home

Wow. Just Wow. We stay in a lot of vacation homes during our travels and this was top notch. Traveled to BlackJack Mountain and Indianhead for ski race for 6 days. This house was perfect for us. Enough beds for me and my husband and two teenagers. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Everything was well thought out to make our stay perfect. Just enough of what was needed to live for 6 days. The house was super clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet and the location was close to everything. We will be back and plan to have this be our home away from home when we visit Ironwood. Thank you so much!

Great little cabin.

We had a wonderful time visiting family for the weekend, and our stay at Tiny Pines was just what we needed. I may never book a hotel again! Things I loved about Tiny Pines was the comfortable decor, the sun deck and even the dog was treated to special ice cream and a nice quiet neighborhood for long walks.

Good place to stay

With two bedrooms and three beds it was just the right size for the two of us. Kitchen, living room bath were a cozy size just like at home. Very nice linens. Patio deck with grill and party lights was a nice retreat. We brought our boat and there was plenty of room to park it in the yard. would definitely stay here again.

Property is comfortable, clean and has a lot of comforts. The kitchen is large and easy to cook and eat in. I would recommend installing small dressers in the bedrooms so there are drawers to store clothes. Would also recommend window treatments in the kitchen.

Nicely updated and VERY CLEAN property with everything for our needs. Luxurious towels in bathroom, a well stocked kitchen, and a comfy sofa including an ottoman - great for tired feet. An extra perk was the attention given to details for our dog's stay. The owner asks that no pets be on furniture which would have been nice to know in advance. Not a deal breaker for us but could possibly be for someone. We would stay again!
