Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great location. Could use some updating and better (cleaner) pots/pans etc.. Wish parking was more clear, but no fault of owners. They did provide a parking pass for a lot that was a few blocks away, which was very helpful. Overall recommend and would stay again.

Great place to stay for one night and what we needed. Plenty of space for all 8 of us and very clean! If you are there in the summer time make sure to keep the bedroom doors open as the AC is not central air. Thank you for the stay!

Perfect stay for marathon weekend!

We stayed as a group of six - two couples and two single folks - and this apartment had plenty of space (and bathrooms!!). The location was perfect - walkable to everything downtown. We really only had to drive for the airport, race, and a grocery store. The building has a college living vibe, but we found it to be very quiet. Not the most stylish place, but clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs!

We were curling at the Fargo Curling club, so it was great that the unit had 4 separate bedrooms! Easy walk to some great restaurants!! The decor, carpet etc are pretty worn and tired, but it was clean and worked out great for us!
