This autochthonous Dalmatian stone semi-detached house with its own pool is located in the hinterland of ibenik, in a small, quiet village. It is only a few kilometres away from the Krka National Park. The house has been completely renovated and is furnished in a combination of rustic and modern style. The accommodation units are spread over two floors, which are connected by external stairs. Visit the nearby national park and its beautiful waterfalls Roski slap and Skradinski buk. The nearby town of Skradin is very popular with sailors thanks to its location.

Vielen Dank an Ante für einen hervorragenden Urlaub! Der Vermieter tut alles für das Wohlbefinden: erstklassige Sauberkeit, alles top in Schuss, Geräte, Anlage, Pool, Möbel, Geschirr etc., alle 3 Tage Poolreinigung plus Pflanzen gießen, reagiert sofort bei Fragen oder Problemen (Router durch Gewitter defekt - sofortiger Ersatz mit Einbau vom Techniker).Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben in einem kleinen Dorf im Hinterland. Beim Ankommen kann man sich nicht vorstellen, dass hier ein 4-Sterne Ferienhaus sein soll. Nachbarn haben Hund, Katzen, Hühner und Schafe. Unser Hund (Rüde) ist aber sehr gut mit dem älteren Nachbarshund klar gekommen. Man hat es ruhig, bis auf typische tierische Dorfgeräusche. Nebenan ist eine riesige "Wiese" wo unser Hund auch unangeleint laufen konnte (Gelände gehört auch dem Vermieter) Man hat danach viele Wege durch die Natur wo man nur den Schafhirten trifft. Für uns als Familie mit Hund ideal!In 3 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto beim kleinen Supermarkt, Bäcker und traditionellen Restaurant. In 15 Minuten mit dem Auto in Sibenik (großes Einkaufscenter, Stadt, Strände).Wir würden sehr gerne wieder in dem Haus Urlaub machen. Danke an die Familie!
