Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 65 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance leads directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom with lounge, TV, radio and Beach chair, fire bowl, clothesline. You have access to the terrace (together with eat-in kitchen) with garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs, 2 sunloungers and parasol. Kitchen with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 3 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Zinnowitz (seaside resort). The holiday home is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. There is another small holiday home on the property, which is visually separated by a hedge. 400 sqm are available for exclusive use. Access is via a side street (paved, length 50 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
