Bolton Beach House
This large home sleeps 12 people, with beautiful views of Lake George. A two-minute walk from the main street in Bolton, this home is private and right across the street from Veteran's Park Beach.

The beach at Veterans Memorial Park is located on the northern end of Bolton Landing on Lake George. Its beach is long and flat, with plenty of room to spread your towel or build a sandcastle. The roped-in swimming area allows for swimming in both shallow and deep water, and it’s protected by lifeguards throughout the summer. If you’re not much of a swimmer you can just lie in the sand and take in the views of Tongue Mountain. Vets Beach, as the locals call it, has activities to last the entire day. Along with the beach, guests can take advantage of a volleyball court, a basketball court, a playground, charcoal grills, public docks, and a kayak launch.

A beautiful wrap-around porch on the main level frames a large living room, dining room, half bath, and kitchen. Dine inside or al fresco at the outdoor dining table. Get your caffeine fix at the Starbucks Coffee Bar!

The second floor features 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite full bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are outfitted with queen beds, while the fourth bedroom features a king bed with views of the beach and a walk-out balcony! There is another full bathroom on the second floor.

On the third floor, you will find the fifth bedroom and loft area, perfect for the kids! This room has 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed. Outside, has even more to offer. Enjoy the BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs. Roast smores from the outside Smore's Bar and tell ghost stories around the fire pit. Sit back and relax in the hot tub located on the back deck.

This property also offers dock space at a separate location at Bell Point Shores that accommodates up to a 24-foot boat, if you have a larger boat, please inquire within. Bring your own boat or ask us where to rent one.

***This home is pet-friendly. Bring along your four-legged friend. An additional pet fee per dog will apply. You must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card, dogs only.

Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. ***

Family wedding weekend

We enjoyed the occasion to gather as a family and enjoy a rehearsal dinner at the Sagamore and wedding at Erlowest. We were 5 couples that were very comfortable in the property, close to our venues and enjoyed walking to town. The pool table/game room was very popular. Breakfast and coffee casually enjoyed . Hot tub and fire pit rounded out the weekend. The porch areas allowed outside lounging and proximity to the park added as well.

Girls weekend

It was a wonderful property with great amenities. So close to downtown. Easy walk to amazing restaurants. Loved the coffee and s’mores bar!

Great place, would go back.

Great location and house, but it needs a few improvements inside and out. The yard was mowed but the flowerbeds were unkept and the bushes overgrown. The view from the front deck would improve considerably if the bushes were trimmed and some overgrown tree limbs pruned. There is not enough table seating for 11 people eventhough the home has beds enough for 11. The walk to town, restaurants and shops is very convenient and the tonsfolk all are very friendly. If you need anything at the house, reach out to the property manager, who was very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate. Would go back.

The location and the property was amazing

Amazing time at the property, only 1 complaint the snow on the top of the driveway turned into black ice, i Called management requesting maintenance to put salt on the snow but nobody came.

Number of bathrooms was misrepresented

Biggest issue is the number of bathrooms is misrepresented. It states " the main level frames a large living room, dining room, full bath, and kitchen". There is only a powder room on the main level. I inquired about this before I booked and was told "yes, three bathrooms". Had I known only two baths (for 12 guests), I would not have booked and really feel I should be compensated for the misrepresentation. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant. The property manager was very responsive to our two requests. And we enjoyed our stay in Bolton Landing. The Starbucks coffee bar and the game room where a bit hit.
