6BR/3BA Home in Bolton Landing ~ Pet Friendly!

Come stay with us for the Belmont Stakes and other great event Upstate. Located 1 block from Lake Shore Drive in downtown Bolton Landing! A short walk to restaurants, shops, both town beaches, boat rentals, and the historic Sagamore Hotel. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor and another three bedrooms with one bathroom upstairs. Everything is complete with bedding, appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, linens, and smart TVs. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Kids and dogs can run free in the large, fenced-in yard or play one of the outdoor games provided (cornhole, spike ball, scoop ball, football). There is also a Weber gas grill in the yard and Adirondack chairs around a homey firepit. Enjoy the lit, screened-in porch for early morning coffee or late afternoon refreshments. Books and games are available for a rainy day - or if the group is exhausted from engaging in all of the activities the area has to offer.

Centrally located to hiking, boating/kayaking/SUP, summer/winter activities at West Mountain and Gore Mountain, leaf-peeping, Great Escape Six Flags, Lake George Village, and Fort Ticonderoga.

Blue Belle was even better than the description and pictures! Tons of space for nine adults and teens. Location is amazing and the owner was helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Great house - Perfect Location for Family

This is our second stay at this house - since our last visit they have added a family/dining room area giving us an indoor gathering space which was great! The location is perfect - the kids can walk to either beach, the shops, get ice cream, or just go for a walk giving everyone flexibility to enjoy our time together or go out if they want. We very much enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Midweek getaway

We booked a one night stay at Blue Belle and loved it! The house was clean and spacious and steps away from Main Street in Bolton Landing. Larry was extremely helpful and gave us information on what was open in the area as far as dining and things to do. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay!

Great place - AWESOME Location

This property is exactly as described in the listing. I don’t think a map does the location justice it is literally that close to town for restaurants, shopping and walking to the lake. Even though we were close to town noise was no issue at any time. Communication was great as well.

Sisters weekend

We are 3 sets of sisters that meet in NY while our husbands go fishing. We travel to different parts of NY! Larry’s place was one of our favorites! It was clean and had 6 comfortable beds and had plenty of room. So close to the shops. Larry was a great host and very easy to contact. Highly recommend!

Larry’s property was perfect for our group. The location was awesome and allowed us to enjoy everything the Lake and Bolton Landing area had to offer. Larry was very responsive before and during our trip as needed and the house was very clean. The house was also well stocked with all of your basically essentials as well as a few other items you typically would not expect to have at similar rental properties. They even had bowls and toys for our dog waiting. We will definitely be looking to book a stay at the Blue Belle again!

The house was perfect! Steps from town, walked everyday. Host stayed in touch the entire process. Had a special weekend with my family! Would stay there again and again. Loved the screened in porch.

Booked this stay for an annual friends get together - three families with 2 dogs and kids aged from 2 to 9. The walk ability was great. Fenced in yard was perfect for worry free play with kids and dogs. I would absolutely go back.

Awesome Location, Great Host

We loved our stay here! Bolton Landing is such a cute little town, and our proximity to stores, restaurants, the water, and the Sagamore (all within walking distance) made it a perfect place to stay. The house was just as advertised - and the quantity of bedrooms provided ample privacy for our group, including a new infant. The host was incredibly attentive, and made me feel right at home from the get-go, he answered my many questions and checked in frequently to ensure all went smoothly. I would highly recommend this home!

We booked this property for a group of friends to celebrate a friends Birthday! It exceeded our expectations! The house was spacious and immaculate, amenities were plentiful. The host checked in many times in advance to ensure we had everything we needed! To say it is a short walk to everything in Bolton is an understatement…it literally is a 50 foot walk to Bolton! This property is wonderful for friends or families who want to experience Bolton Landing & Lake George! We will spread the word on this one! Thank you to a wonderful host!

Accommodating and Comfortable

Although we could not stay in this exact house because of issues that occurred due to weather, the host was more than accommodating for us. She allowed us to keep our vacation dates and put us in another one of her beautiful houses nearby. The house was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. Even though all of the activities that we planned were also cancelled because of weather, we were more than comfortable and happy to stay in the house instead and enjoy the space and each other. I would absolutely recommend staying in homes from this host, and look forward to any other stays in Lake George using these homes.

Excellent Property!

I rented this house for a long weekend at the end of September to check it out - I was looking for a large house to rent for a wedding at The Sagamore next September and this looked perfect. It was! Lots of bedrooms (not just beds), bathrooms and a fenced in yard for the dogs. It’s half a block up from the village of Bolton, which is wonderful, and a 3 minute drive/10 minute walk to The Sagamore. I did have one minor complaint which was quickly and fairly resolved by the host. I might make this an annual thing - highly recommend this property!
