Your holiday home includes on the ground floor: - a large living room with kitchen area (pellet stove). - half a step to access the bathroom with shower, sink, combined LL and SL and toilet. Upstairs : - on mezzanine 1 bedroom 1 double bed. in 180x200. East side: a 25 m² wooden terrace with its garden is reserved for you as well as, behind a fence, your parking space with Green Up electric vehicle socket. Further in front of you: the owners' orchard-vegetable garden. 4000 m² garden shared with the owners where the flowerbeds and relaxation areas compete with each other like so many invitations to stroll. Benches, hammocks, swings, trampoline will keep you entertained. On the same property: another gîte for 4 people (22G152214) in 3 ears of corn. Internet = Fiber. Wow! This is the immediate effect you have when you walk through the door of this little house. The small Rulinen gîte on the orchard side is part of an authentic hamlet on the Linen Route (hence its name). An old farmhouse dating back over 2 centuries, the owners have made it a very pleasant place to live, conducive to rest and discovery of the surrounding nature. In fact, the GR on the banks of the Trieux passes 500 m below. For two, lots of space and light, noble materials such as the brown oak of the staircase, unique pieces including certain pieces of furniture designed by Raphaël and creations by current designers. Strolling in the shared garden with its semi-wild nature will be a treat. Getaways and leisure activities for all nearby: Rive du Trieux to the North or South, Pontrieux, a small town of character 5 km away (and its Monday market), Château and Gardens of the Domaine de la Roche Jagu 8 km away, Paimpol and its coastline 19 km away. Refined, refined, ultra comfortable and open to nature: a summary of the first words which immediately qualify this very beautiful gîte south of Pontrieux, on the hillsides of the banks of the Trieux.
