ALTITUDE Residence, located 1600m from the heart of the resort, with ski-in/ski-out access 200m away, south-facing with a lovely view of the Plomb du Cantal. This 52m² duplex apartment with a balcony comprises a living/dining room (fully equipped kitchen: oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, induction hob), a dining area, and a sofa with a TV. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) on a mezzanine level and two pull-out beds. A shower room and separate WC are also included.
Ski locker. Household equipment is provided, except for bed linen. Parking is available at the foot of the residence. Shuttle service is available during the winter and school holidays.

La remise des clés a été facile (elle se fait au coeur de la station alors que l'appartement est à 2kms). ainsi que l'accès au logement. Possibilité de se garer au pied de l'immeuble. Logement agréable, cuisine très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien, tout y est. Pour avoir fait pas mal d'hébergements, j'avoue que nous avons été agréablement surpris par tout ce qu'il y avait. Pour le reste du logement, plutôt agréable. L'appartement est en duplex, il se situe au dernier étage de l'immeuble, plutôt grand, les chambres plutôt spacieuses, toutes deux équipées d'un grand placard. La vue de la chambre principale au réveil est top, le lit confortable. Le balcon est pile poil pour installer deux chaises et une table (si vous êtes 4 ou 6, il faudra que certains s'installent en intérieur au pied de la baie vitree.)On est un peu serré, mais c'est vite oublié quand on prends son apéro avec vue sur le plomb du cantal. Peu de choses à redire, ce fut un agréable séjour même si la canicule nous a malheureusement poussé à avoir souvent les volets fermés la journée.
Appartement un peu éloigné de la station, dans un immeuble vieillissant aux parties communes peu entretenues. Malgré la situation sud, la pièce principale est très sombre, même par très beau temps, le soleil n’entre pas par le minuscule balcon en retrait, il faut la lumière à tout moment de la journée. Ménage très superficiel, l’aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas, des alèses pas très propres, écoulement de douche encombré de cheveux, mauvaise odeur dans les wc et le placard dans lequel est enfermé le lave linge.Il faut tout réclamer à l’agence ( alèse, aspirateur, produit d’entretien..) Je ne recommande pas, le prix est modéré mais ça ne mérite pas davantage
