Enjoy wide views of the Gulf of Mexico from this casual condo! Guests can enjoy this condo's fabulous beachfront location with ease, thanks to the private furnished balcony. This casual condo is family-friendly at heart, with central air conditioning all set up to keep everyone comfortable. The open full kitchen features full-size appliances to help guests cook up delicious vacation foods. A private washer/dryer will make sure everyone's bathing suits are ready to hit the beach. Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub during their stay.

Splash Resort is a beachfront property on the serene west end of Panama City Beach, offering you close proximity to the city's family-friendly attractions and a wonderfully relaxing setting to come home to. When you're not swimming, sunbathing (beach service is available for hire from March until October), or practicing your skills in a variety of water sports on the beach downstairs, you'll be only two miles up the coast from more than 100 stores, excellent restaurants, an IMAX theater, and all kids of entertainment at Pier Park. The exciting marine encounters of Gulf World can be found three miles southeast, while the charming beach communities along Scenic Route 30A begin at Inlet Beach only seven miles northwest.

Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee.
Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.

Great vacation.

There was a couple things that could be upgraded but all in all we enjoyed our week long stay here. The splash is such a family oriented place we love staying there no matter the room. The TVs were hard to work as there were many remotes and they weren’t smart TVs in the living room or master bedroom. Would’ve been nice to watch Netflix or Disney plus on down time. Also Dish washer door wouldn’t open due to the oven door being in the way. Also the dryer had to be ran a couple times before clothes would be dry. The curtain to the balcony in the living room was dirty but like I said we had a good time regardless of any of these issues. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful view from the 16th floor.

Family beach vacation

We loved how close this condo is to everything-great location. The beds slept well and were very comfortable. However, bring socks, flip flops, or slippers to wear because we had to sweep all week long because of getting on our feet. You may want to bring your own coffee pit ir Kcup machine. The one in the condo does not work well and it does not brew very hot coffee. They need to replace it and get a new one. Bring your arm muscles because the main sliding door out to the balcony is incredibly hard to open. In the master bathroom only one sink works. The left drain pull is broke and water just sits in the sink. In the bathroom in the hallway there is no tub stop provided for taking baths for children so purchase them before you come or use the bathtub in the master-you cannot bathe in that tub. A tub stop needs to be provided by the condo. Bring spoons-there are only a total of 3 spoons in this condo. One big huge one, and maybe two standard size spoons-one of them is rough on the edges. Please fix these things to make for a much more enjoyable vacation.

Splash resort 2025

Great family vacation spot - beach access, water slides, splash pad, lazy river, a few different pools, beach bar/restaurant - everything was great. The only downfall for this resort is the elevators are so slow and you could be waiting a solid 30 minutes or more to get back to your room at times. The room for my 3 kids and husband and I was perfect and we loved it.

Clean place to stay!

Easy check-in and plenty to do at the resort! If you are looking for a quick walk to the beach or car, this resort is not it. There are two elevators for 21 floors and are constantly in use. However, the splash pad/pool is a lot of fun for older (6+) kids. The surrounding floor is very slippery. The condo was very clean and a good place to stay.

Pcb 2024

We go to pcb every year and love splash. The only thing I can think we wish could have been different is the kiddie splash pad being open and the elevators are horrible. With so many people there is was always a 10-20 min wait just to go up or down.

You get what you pay for…

The beds were very comfortable and all we were really looking for was a place to lay our heads at the end of the day. However, both our toilet seats were broken, the dishwasher wasn’t mounted correctly, when you opened the dishwasher it hit the oven handle, the stove was electric coils and the coils had food on them which made the condo smell bad when we cooked, the slider wasn’t aligned correctly making it too difficult to close completely, the light was out in the refrigerator, a dining room chair was broken, the master bed was broken a lot of the drawers were either broken or missing handles, and the entryway doorway had not been wiped down in a very long time. I’m not usually a complainer, but when you’re down to one toilet for 5 people to poop in…it just solidified the fact that I needed to write a review. Now our friends place, in the same condo complex, was beautiful!

Wonderful Stay

The splash area for the kids was great. The hotel is right on the beach and has a covered bridge to connect to the parking deck. The hotel is nice. My only complaint is the elevators. Seems that Its everyone's complaint. The wait for them can be long, especially from the 16th floor. But even so I will definitely stay again.

Well used condo..

Location is good. Condo is beat up. Swimming area needs a good deep cleaning and paint job… At one time it was probably really nice but it shows a lot of wear.. Coat hook by door ripped off wall. Multiple light bulbs burnt out. Silverware draw only had 3 spoons..Walls beat up from many previous tenants…Table scratched, stained, and marked up… Table chairs loose and unstable.. Shower head in king room is nice but only chin high. Bones are good but maintenance has not been done for while.. Sliding door very hard to open… Positive note is the room was clean…just needed taken care of but it is in a location that allows the owner to still rent without taking care of it… parking was easy… check in check out easy. Overall I would not stay there again unless update completed and facility cleaned…

Its okay

If you are looking for somewhere to just lay your head at night this may be the place for you. The bare minimum is done. When we arrived, I allowed my 10 month old and 3 year old to play in the floor as we had been in the car all day, only for both of them to be covered in black from the floor looking like they crawled around the floor at walmart. The 2nd bathroom did not have any sort of stopper so we couldn't give baths to the kids in the bathroom and all 4 shared the master bathroom. The walls clearly need to be repaired and painted as there were many spots that appeared something had been ripped off the wall creating holes. There were large black streaks across the wall in the hallway. There were places where decor appeared to have been removed as there were nails/screws/hooks just in the wall sticking out. The shower curtain was very worn out and even ripped. While the clear shower liner was molded indicating it needed to be changed some time ago. The beds were acceptable although certainly not very comfortable. The furniture was outdated, bulky and did not seem to fit very well in the rooms. The couches were clearly worn out. Overall, if you need a place to just rest your head, this place will work. If you have kids, I would not necessarily recommend it.

Well finished and furnished room

The room had nice finishes and furniture. Some of the walls were a little beat up from furniture scrapes, and the unit was not adequately cleaned following previous tenant…requiring I clean it a bit myself.
