The spacious living area offers a queen sofa sleeper so that this home will comfortably accommodate 9 guests. High-end furnishings, a huge wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV, and some of the most beautiful views on the beach await you. This home features a formal dining area and breakfast bar seating so that everyone can enjoy meals together. The recently upgraded kitchen welcomes you with granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, a custom ceramic backsplash, a center island, and every culinary convenience you'll need to create authentic coastal cuisine. For the ultimate convenience, a half bath and laundry center are also located on the first level.

As you enter the second-floor hallway you'll find the loft area which offers twin bunk beds and a trundle so that this area will accommodate three children easily. Along with those accommodations, it also features your Gulf Front Master Suite offering an ultra-plush king bed. Plenty of storage and a private en suite bath make this the perfect oasis for your next vacation. The Master Bath offers a custom tile walk-in shower, granite vanities, and extra storage. Also on the second level, your Guest Bedroom features a queen bed and the Guest Bath offers a tub shower combination and extra cabinet storage.
