2 large covered decks you'll be able to relax or entertain while enjoying stunning sunrises and sounds of the ocean. This home boasts over 3,500 sq feet with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is 75 feet from the ocean. Open concept kitchen and great room with panoramic views of the beach. Great room showcases a custom shiplap electric fireplace. From the balcony deck you will be able to see the Flagler Pier, Flagler Winery and Golden Lion!
Take a 30 minute drive north up A1A to visit historic St. Augustine where you'll find Castillo de San Marcos and many unique restaurants and shops. Explore the famous Daytona Beach Speedway 30 minutes south or Orlando’s theme parks about 90 minutes away west. This home is situated in the ideal location to walk everywhere in town. You'll find The Golden Lion one block south and Break Awayz one block north. Walk out onto the famous Flagler Beach Pier, charter a boat at Bings Landing, or relax in front of your vacation home on the famous golden coquina beach. Nearby is also Washington Oaks Gardens State Park and Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area. Take the kids 12 min north to James F Memorial Park in Palm Coast to visit the 10,000 sq foot splash pad.
We also have pack and plays and strollers available by request. There is an elevator for guests and parking for 5 cars.
**House Rules**
1. This is a completely NON SMOKING home. Do not book this home if anyone in your party is a smoker. We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property, including the driveway and balcony. The reservation will be cancelled without refund.
2. NO Pets or animals.
3. All music and loud noise must be turned down by 11pm per the city noise ordinance. We have close neighbors please be mindful and treat this as your own home.
4. We have an external rental agreement that needs to be signed within 48 hours of booking. We require a valid photo ID of the guest who is booking the reservation. Please email the information to saltygatorflagler@gmail.com so they can be listed on agreement.
5. $1000 credit card hold is required for the security deposit in the external agreement.
6. No violence, fighting or drugs.
7. No urinating outside.
8. There are outdoor cameras that monitor for security only. They cannot be tampered with.
9. No additional guests other than those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Unauthorized guests will be removed and rental will be subject to cancellation without refund.
10. No parties or events.
House rules are strictly enforced. Breaking any house rule is subject to immediate cancellation without refund of unused nights and loss of security deposit.
