Perfekt läge på lägenheten, nära till stranden, restauranger, trevlig park, härliga gränder i gamla staden, pittoresk och lugn stad. Långt promenad stråk längs havet. Sköna sängar, rymlig fräsch lägenhet, välutrustad. Vi hade tyvärr otur med vädret mycket regn så vi kunde inte utnyttja terrassen.

Cet appartement très spacieux est situé sur la plus belle Place d'Estepona à proximité de la plage et de la ville. Superbe vue de la terrasse. Je recommande fortement

Excellent Location - Shame about the communication

The positive: Excellent location, close to beach, amenities, restaurants. Wonderful roof terrace with BBQ. Spacious. Comfortable beds. The not so good:Communication with agent lacking. Constantly had to send messages and phone about late check out, did not let us know until last minute. Apartment needs upgrade. Door handle dropping off. Hidden cupboards in kitchen. Throws on sofa needed washing. Shower smelly and dangerously hot water and then cold.

Man bor dejligt på sin ferie i Estepona, i denne lejlighed. Vi har boet her et par gange og den er klart vores favorit. Lejligheden er velfungerende, og den skønne terrasse har mange muligheder. Den ligger helt centralt i den gamle bydel i Estepona, med kort afstand til det hele. Kan virkelig anbefale denne bolig.

Opinión del apartamento en la Plaza de las Flores

Alojamiento precioso y muy bien situado, en pleno centro histórico de Estepona y al lado de la playa. La limpieza del apartamento normal. Deberían renovar las toallas de ducha que recibes al llegar porque se nota que llevan ya un montón de usos. Se agradece el aire acondicionado y ventiladores en toda la casa. El aspecto más negativo han sido los ruidos procedentes de la obra del edificio pegado a la casa.

We stayed in this apartment and loved it hence the reason we rebooked this year.I am afraid it has gone down hill especially the shower room.The sink was smelly,the shower dirty and the water did not drain away.The plumbing needs an upgrade.Water either too hot or cold.As for the building work 4feet from the bedroom windows which starts at 8am !!You need to mention this to future customers.Will not be back.

Lovely apartment set in Estepona Old town, The very spacious patio overlooks the wonderful Plaza de las Flores where you can watch the world go by Well equipped kitchen/ diner, With very cosy lounge area, modern and bright Only a bit of noise from the building site for the new hotel, didn't bother us as we went out everyday Would definitely stay here again

Tres bien situe, pres de tous les commerces et de la plage, appartement avec toutes les commodites necessaires, excellent sejour, probable re location l'an prochain!! Seul bemol la construction d'un hotel a cote de l'appartement, tres bruyant des 8:00 le matin, grasse matinée impossible #

Schönes Apartment mit kleinen Schwächen

Das Apartment war bei der Übergabe nicht ganz sauber ( Dusche, Terrasse ) Hinweis für die Endreinigung Die Terrasse war schön groß, konnte aber wegen der Nachmittagshitze nicht in vollem Umfang benutzt werden, da ein Sonnenschutz fehlte. Die Nähe zu allen Aktivitäten ( Einkauf, Restaurant, Strand, ) kann als sehr positiv vermerkt werden.

Fantastisk fin lägenhet med ett toppenläge i mysiga Estepona

Lägenheten överträffade våra förväntningar. Allt var nytt och fräscht. Ett välutrustat kök gjorde att vi valde att laga mat själva flera dagar. Terrassen var underbar, ca 25 kvm med kvällssol och utsikt över charmiga gamla stan och torget. Väldigt nära till stranden. Vi hade aldrig varit i Estepona men var mycket nöjda med vårt val, levande småstad som inte är överdrivet turistinvaderad. Gamla stan är välskött och jättecharmig. Rekommenderar det varmt!
