In the heart of St Marc sur Mer, this apartment provides a relaxing stay for all.
Located 100m from the famous and beautiful beach of M.Hulot (supervised in summer and with the blue flag), the coastal path and 2 steps from the shops (bakery, restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, medical centre...).
In high season, you can enjoy a traditional market twice a week (Thursday and Sunday) as well as a night market on Friday.
Everything is done on foot if you wish. Welcome.

31 m2 apartment completely renovated, bright and pleasant. It is located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, with terrace, in the centre of St Marc sur Mer.
Our accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 GUESTS and is ideal for a couple or a small family.
It has a kitchen open to the dining area and the living room. Fully equipped, it includes a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven, an espresso machine and a kettle.
The living room also contains a sofa bed with a quality mattress for sleeping (140X190) and a flat-screen TV. Separated by an entrance, you will find a 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed and storage, a bathroom and separate toilets. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
Wifi is included in the rental of the apartment.
1 parking space secured by a badge for your car is located behind your accommodation.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are included.
Other remarks: The apartment is ideally placed to discover the coastal path and the customs path, but also to visit La Baule (13 km), Pornichet (8 km), Guérande (20 km), the Brière National Park, the shipyards of St Nazaire...

Logement coquet et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont adorables et réactis. La plage est à 100 mètres, c'est agréable pour profiter de la mer à différentes moments de la journée. Les commerces disposent de bons produits ( la boulangerie à 10 mètres est extra, je recommande les crêpes !), le resto en face de l'appartement est très bon, les glaces vers la plage extra. La place de parking est appréciable. Le balcon est un plus. La résidence est calme.

Très belles vacances, un accueil au top de Segolen et nous avons vraiment apprécié lalocalisation de l'appartement (proche de la plage de la superbe plage de Saint Marc, des arrêts de bus, des commerces).
