Très bien reçus.tout a fait correcte pour le prix .une vue magnifique et surtout en pleine ville pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage.

Studio vieillissant et très mal entretenu. Le ménage n’a pas été fait depuis longtemps. Literie inconfortable. Seul point positif : bord de mer.

Premiers locataires à tenir de tels propos!! Ces locataires sont partis furieux et menaçants suite à un quiproquo : le départ est prevu, sur l annonce, a 11h, nous avons commis la maladresse de leur dire de prendre leurs temps; à 13h15 ils prenaient leurs repas , ils ont donc tout bouclé en 30 mm.
