Charming cozy private waterfront house on Atlantic side canal.
Great protected dockage and room for your trailer. Newly paved, private road.

New kitchen with all wood cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the essentials.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Downstairs bedroom has full bathroom with shower and is separate from upstairs and opens to carport. Home is perfect for four adult plus two kids.

We have lots of great dockage for your boat. The large dock/seawall area extends 90 feet and includes a nice cut-in slip. The dock includes electric, water. There is also a cleaning station on the dock. Also there is plenty of room for trailers on the side of the home. It's all about the boating.

There are several local boat ramp options close by.

Keep in mind that trip insurance is available and is recommended.
There are many options including through VRBO or other mainstream recognizable third party providers.

Be sure grill is clean and covered. Please set the AC to 78° and make sure AC fan is on auto.

Great location with easy access to all the ocean activities around Islamorada. The fishing was awesome we caught Maui, Tuna, Snapper and even a Sailfish. The manatees visit the dock daily and we felt like we were living in paradise! We can't wait to go back.

Had minor issue and owner got it taken care of right away good deal on house and location was good one not road to property is very narrow so impossible to bring boat on trailer to home plan to put boat in the water prior to going to home and if you are not great at backing up a trailer in complex areas plan on leaving trailer somewhere else. We were able to get trailer to home but was very challanging

Can’t wait to come back

Fantastic stay. We come down to the keys once a year in June for a week every year and this was the perfect spot. Super clean and updated. Everything you need to cook anything in the kitchen. Great water access to the ocean or the bay right around the corner. We kayaks and paddle boards down to the end of the canal every night at sunset. Communication was fantastic. Very responsive. No negative comments whatsoever. Will definitely stay here again.

Great home!

Beautiful home. Very well maintained! Owner was excellent to work with and very clear instruction and communication. The only downfall( not the owners doing) but the home is at the end of the canal lots of debris gets stuck in the water. Especially when Debby came to town😉 The canal is not swim-able nor fishable since lots of people go out on their boats and come back to clean their catch. Neighbors were very nice! Nice quiet neighborhood.

Perfect keys house

We stayed for a week for fishing and diving. The house was perfect for our needs. We had ample space for our 32 center console including space for our trailer and 2-3 vehicles. The house is close to the end of the canal so boat traffic was minimal. Communication with Chris was great. We had an issue with the ac when we woke up we made contact at 6am and he had the Ac back up and running in just a few hours. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Meeting Islamorada and the Keys.

This was our first trip to the Keys and the Irvine's great canal house is right in the middle of everything! As the many other reviews stated, the house was bright & clean and ready for an active family. We didn't see any manatees in the canal which made my duaghter sad-- and we realized too late that having our own boat would have been a good idea.... But Chris is an excellent 'host', was super accommodating, full of good local hints & knowledge and a good Embassador for his world.

I would say this place is just okay. Configuration is very strange with the lower bedroom not internally connected to the upper floor main living area...you access it from a separate entrance with separate key outside next to parking. Two of the bathrooms (which are not pictured in the listing) are horribly configured and very inconvenient. Couch and chair in main living area are incredibly dirty and disgusting...it's like 25 years of accumulated filth. Bedspreads were stained which is not acceptable. Upsides...the location is good and the communication with the owner was fine. Not sure we would stay here again, however.

We love Islamorada FL and this home. Its location helps us easily explore the crystal clear water of both the reef and back waters. We are close to many shallow water snorkeling spots and lots of waterfront restaurants.
Fishing close by is wonderful. We strongly believe cleanliness is more important than ever. We are ever vigilant in keeping this space fresh and clean.
