Beautiful designer-appointed oceanside canal home located at Mile Marker 76.5 on Lower Matecumbe Key in Islamorada. Situated as the second home from the point, the property enjoys beautiful ocean views and a peaceful setting while still being close to everything Islamorada has to offer.

The home features a bright, open layout with modern décor and water views from nearly every window. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and blender—everything you need to prepare meals after a day on the water. The home also offers Wi-Fi and two flat-screen TVs for your comfort.

Boaters will appreciate the protected dockage for up to two boats, including 30 feet of dockage and a fish cleaning station, making it easy to enjoy Islamorada's world-class fishing.

The location is ideal for exploring the area. Anne's Beach is just nearby, offering nature trails, boardwalks, picnic and BBQ areas, and sandy spots tucked into the mangroves. You're also just minutes from Robbie's Marina, Bud N' Mary's, and Caloosa Cove Marina, making it easy to book a fishing charter, rent a boat, or enjoy local dining.

Despite being close to everything, the home sits in a quiet part of town while still only minutes from “Downtown Islamorada,” including Worldwide Sportsman and the Islamorada Fish Company.

This property has become a favorite for many guests, with visitors returning year after year to enjoy this special spot in the Keys.

VACATION RENTAL LICENSE: 24-0300 Per Islamorada's vacation rental ordinances for weekly rentals 2 people per bedroom are allowed, and 2 additional guests if under the age of 6.

Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Vacation Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.

Nice house in a quiet location

The family had an all around good time. It is not first row beach but the views from the upstairs porch are very nice. The house is good size and well appointed.

Great house on a quiet street!

We really enjoyed the house and the location. Easy access to the ocean, when we weren’t off the boat, the kids loved fishing off the dock. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed our coffee every morning on the deck. My only suggestion is to replace the bed pillows and linens - they were very “well-used” -replacing these, in the master especially would make a huge difference.

This home is in a fantastic location central to all the fun things you want to do on the island and i was surprised by how well equipped the kitchen and home are, extra blankets pillows and lots of pots and pans. House is in great condition and we even got to see a manatee in the canal. Dont miss out on this awesome place

The views were wonderful and the outside porch area was fantastic. We saw a lot of wildlife including manatees. The house is a good size and well appointed. But the furniture needs an upgrade. We would go back.

Great Location

Met all our needs. Great location and dock, etc... We rented a boat the whole week. Could use some simple inexpensive upgrades inside the house which could elevate the experience but we had nice weather and didn't really didn't spend much time in the house.... Overall a great week and memory or the whole family.

Three couples rented this house based on the location and Boat dockage it was fantastic! Location was just as described. The views from the second floor were fantastic sunrise and sunset. We all love to cook in the kitchen had all of the amenities and then some very well stocked house was clean, and management group was very accommodating. May recommend updating sheets and towels. The twin beds were super uncomfortable, but I’m not complaining just suggesting maybe some updates will definitely rent this house again love Islamorada love the keys loved this house. Even manatees came up in the canal

House is located in a great location on the south end of town with most of the action within a 10min drive North. Anne’s beach is 5 mins away. Great views from all the decks around the house, sunrise is amazing over the water. Can’t wait to come back one day.

Perfect location for the whole family! We all felt right at home. The kitchen was so functional and had everything we needed. It was nice for everyone to have their personal space too! The wrap around decks were another aweome place to hang out! Definitely would do it again.

We had a great week stay at this property. The house is located in a quiet area and the views of the water are gorgeous! The outside is in process of an update and will look wonderful once complete. The house was spacious for our family of 6. The couches and sitting areas could use some updating. The kitchen was accommodating when making our meals. The house was conveniently located to restaurants, grocery store, etc.

Fantastic Lodging in the Florida Keys

We liked too many things about this house to list all of them, but some of the most obvious advantages of the house include its location (near the water and in Islamorada close to Robbie's of Islamorada), its views, its outdoor seating and decks, and its comfortable spaces for sleeping and socializing. The teen and young adults in our party enjoyed the TV room for watching movies or playing video games in the evenings after a long day of recreation in the Florida Keys. We hope to rent it again and next time we might even rent a boat to use directly from that house.

Our Christmas vacation was memorable. Fun times fishing, the Turtle Hospital & great food.

House is beautiful! Very clean. Incredible views. Great kitchen! Location is near good restaurants & activities. Loved reading the guest books. Street is hard to find at night coming from the north. Kitchen needs a hand mixer. I just used a fork to make our smashed potatoes for Christmas dinner.
