The property was clean. The staff at the front desk were very nice. The location was wonderful. The shopping and restaurants were all close by. Being able to enjoy my coffee in the morning while sitting on the balcony and watching the waves was perfect!

This was the most beautiful condo I have ever seen! It was so nice and clean and felt like home! i told my husband I want to book there each year! Our 2 year daughter loved the water slide and lazy river. It was the perfect stay! 10/10 recommend. And we will most definitely be returning!

This property is amazing. We stayed here before in a different unit and enjoyed it so much we decided to return. Our unit this visit was lovely and spacious. The decor was beautiful and the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite large. We especially enjoyed looking out at the gulf and floating on the lazy River.

Great Facility!

Everything was great. We didn't realize There were 7 Phoenix properties in total and 2 Phoenix West properties. I would recommend adding that to your description so people know which building is theirs. We checked into Phoenix West II, paid for parking, unloaded all the luggage and groceries only to find out we were at Phoenix West, It took over a week to get a refund on our parking.

In the heart of OB

This location was prime, great for families, busy. This condo was very large and roomy, enjoyed the stay. Management fixed a leaking sink in less than an hour of call. The only complaint we have and it isn’t due to property but there were people smoking from balconies (which is clearly stated all throughout the facility that it isn’t allowed) that we literally couldn’t sit on ours any of the seven days without being accosted by it. We had a teenager with allergies and asthma and this is a trigger. Other that our condo was amazing and had everything needed to make our stay great.

Family Christmas Vacation

Overall the stay was nice and the condo was beautiful!! There were a few things that needed or needs to be addressed....our thermostat kept cutting off, the grill didn't work, and we realized the only locks were on the bathroom doors which was a little odd; you could access the master bedroom and bathroom easily theu the laundry room or the main door of the room...that was not cool because there was really no assured privacy. The maintenance guy helped with the thermostat and he was very friendly. The parking policy I feel was a little ridiculous especially the price for those with a temporary pass...and the fact that there were several open spaces with no numbers and spaces for oversized vehicles but we could not bring in and park a small uhaul trailer was outrageous to me! You pay thousands but can't park for 3nights but again other than that it was nice

This unit was very nice and is exactly as pictured from the photos. Unit was very clean and we were provided exactly with the items that were supposed to be there such as a couple trash bags and a role of paper towels and such. Separately, there were a couple of issues that we ran into that were not caused by the owners of this room that caused some wait and frustration. First, is we arrived on Saturday at 4:00 and the line of cars trying to check in stretched out onto the main street. We were told that the HBA of the building is requiring check in one car at a time on Th, F, S, and Sundays. They were also short of staff with only one person checking people in at the main desk. Total process probably took about an hour. Looking back at the situation after having stayed there for a week, 4 PM is the main check in time for most of the rooms so I would suggest checking in before 4 PM and not going to your room to avoid any possible early fees. Enjoy the beach or pool area for a couple hours before your room opens and miss the long line; or check in a little later. Secondly, there are only 4 elevators which is not enough during peak check in and check out times. Try to avoid the elevators at 10 AM and 4 PM on the busiest days. These were just a couple minor problems that were a little frustrating but overall I would recommend. All the amenities at the condo such as the pool, lazy river, slide, and indoor/outdoor pools were in great shape. And specifically the condo room was great.
