What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

The condo is very spacious and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids. I feel like the 65 parking was a bit much when most places include parking passes with the rental. Parking was very limited as well. Overall a good stay.

Great location in Orange Beach. Has all the amenities needed. Clean property and well maintained. The owners were very responsive when we had questions.
The condo was perfect for a week getaway with five girlfriends we had everything we wanted at the Oasis, 3 big bedrooms and 4 full baths, huge kitchen, washer/dryer, huge living room with comfy furniture. I felt like it was home away from home.

A nice getaway for the family. Right on the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, multiple hot tubs, sauna, and fitness room. Close to restaurants, shopping, and activities.
This condo was even better than expected. Super roomy for a family of 9. Condo was very clean. The most important thing…the beds were super comfortable. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the condo and all of the amenities at the site. This has become a favorite; right up there with Destin/PCB.

Condo needs help.
We loved the building and amenities but condo had old over used pots and pans, dirty furniture and rugs, needs updating. Cupboards dirty and greasy.
Our family of 6 stayed here for a week. While the place is big enough for our family. We feel the kitchen could use more attention. The dishes were found dirty and chipped in the cabinet, pans are pretty scratched up and the two chopping boards we found one was broken, and the other was in a bad condition. When we communicated this to the property manager, they immediately sent us a new box of pots and pans. Although, it's very much appreciated that they did that but we did not have a need for it, it will be helpful for the next family. The manager did not replace the chopping board, which is what we really needed for our stay, for chopping fruits, veggies etc. Even after sending another reminder, it was not addressed. We then found a third chopping board up in the top cabinet later on .closer to the end of our trip which was in a okay condition. Had it been where it was supposed to be with the other chopping boards would have been better. Everything was great except the kitchen. With proper attention, we believe we will return.
First of all, the listing said partial beach view and beautiful Northern views. To see the beach you have to contort yourself around the edge of the balcony. The northern views are an RV park, some restaurants and trees. Despite that, the condo is a nice size and was mostly clean. The pots and pans we used had to be washed before using because they were gross. The biggest issue we had, though, was one night during our stay the fire alarm went off on a lower floor. Half of the building was evacuated. The alarms NEVER sounded on the upper floors. We would have had no clue it was happening if we hadn’t tried to use the elevator. They didn’t call the fire department for about 30 minutes. I called the security office to see what was going on and they were very unconcerned “we can’t confirm there is a fire.” Um, great I guess. But had the building actually been on fire we would have been screwed. This is a MAJOR fire code violation and safety issue. That’s obviously and Oasis issue, not specific to this listing, but be aware if you are above the 7th floor.

Fall break vacation
Overall my stay was good. I would like to make a few suggestions. Remove the feather pillows they are terrible for people who have allergies. The first thing I noticed when I entered the condo was the thick dust on chandelier in entry. The mattress on pull out couch really needs to be replaced, extremely worn. Everything else was pretty clean. Cookware or skillets should I say are extremely worn out.

This condo is located right on the beach with direct access which was top priority for me when I was looking to book. It also had what looked like a great pool area which was high on the list as well. There are chair and umbrella rentals right off the beach walkway which is convenient BUT they are packed in a small area like sardines so we opted to walk past this area to either side for a better view and more space.
The pool area was ok, it was a lot smaller than I anticipated but the kids didn’t care at all. The biggest con with this building is the elevator situation—6 elevators seems like a lot but with 33 floors it turned out to be a ridiculous wait at peak times. We came in from the pool around dinner time on Friday and found a line waiting for the elevator—took a good 10-15 minutes that time. Then when we went to check out my husband made two trips in a cart with all of our stuff and it took him about an hour and 15 minutes. When he came back to get us and his mom and dad (who are nearly 80) we sited another 15 minutes and finally just said goodbye by the elevators and it was every man for themselves—we had to squeeze on whichever elevator had space for a few of us and wound up riding from our floor (23) all the way up and then made our way (slowly) back down, stopping on nearly every level only to tell people sorry, there’s no space. The parking garage was also a pain to navigate.
Not sure if I would stay here again, the location is stellar, the condo itself was fine but the parking garage and elevator situation are a big turn off for our family.
We did love that each bedroom had its own bathroom PLUS a fourth bathroom/laundry room on the hallway. The furniture in the living/dining area left much to be desired but hopefully they have plans to upgrade in the future. Balcony was also great but for a condo that sleeps 10, only three chairs out there.
Again, some easy fixes for the owners and some things that you’ll just have to take into consideration when renting.
Great condo. Great centralized location. Excellent fitness area.
Friday night sleep was limited, due to the fact of the wind penetrating through the outdoor patio door, causing a loud whistling noise and allowing cold air to come through.
