Host was very responsive. Condo was beautifully furnished and beachy. King size comfy beds much appreciated . The rooftop deck and perfect location across from beach are the standout features of all. Thank you , we will be back!

Girls get Away

We make two trips every year to the St Pete area. When we found out that our normal place we stay is still closed due to last fall’s hurricane, we were sad but let me tell you what…. This place by far exceeded our expectations. The host was amazing to work with, location is perfect right across from public beach, and the out side patio was great extra space to have and sit and have girl talk. If you’re ever looking for a place to stay I would highly recommend this place!

Beach access was terrific, just yards away!!! Community pool was very nice. Location excellent, many restaurants and shops within the few blocks.The unit was well appointed with everything we needed, including beach towels and even beach chairs and a pull cart. Although we didn't cook, there were plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils. Micro, Coffee Maker, Tea Kettle & Toaster with a large fridge and freezer. Pull-out sofa was enjoyed by our son. 2 Large bedrooms with a King in each, plenty of hangers and even enough essential toiletries to get you through until the next day.What enjoyed most of all was the 3rd story walk-out rooftop patio with new comfortable seating! My compliments to Kristin for her amazing communication from as soon as we booked and all the way through, with informative messages about arrival & departure and even a wellness check in between to ensure all was well. We're thrilled the beach access felt so close, the community pool was a hit, and the location made it easy to reach so many restaurants and shops just a few blocks away. It's great to hear the unit was well-stocked with everything you needed, from beach towels and chairs to a full kitchen setup, and that the two king bedrooms and pull-out sofa gave everyone in the family a comfortable place to rest. The 3rd-story rooftop patio is one of our favorite features too, and we're so glad the new seating made it the perfect spot to unwind.
