Both chic and comfortable, this beautiful 130 m² apartment is set in a former seaside palace of Saint-Malo, the Franklin Hotel, built in 1861. The building and its interiors reflect the style of a luxury hotel: a magnificent historic façade, a majestic entrance carefully restored. As soon as you step through the apartment door, you will be captivated by its spaciousness and drawn into the living area offering an exceptional sea view. The living room, facing the beach, invites you to relax and share moments together. The modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living area. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends.

Rental with three bedrooms in Brittany

The apartment accommodates up to 5 people in three bedrooms. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with a mix of classic and modern decoration. One has a double bed (140x190), the other, more suitable for a child with its desk, offers a single bed (90x190). These two bedrooms share a shower room and a separate toilet connected to the bathroom. To reach the third bedroom, a few steps must be climbed. This master suite, with its Japanese-inspired decor, overlooks the living room with a sea view. It is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a large dressing room. Its adjoining bathroom, with boat-deck flooring, includes a bathtub, a double sink, and a separate toilet. This beautiful apartment also has an outdoor parking space.

Facing the sea, the apartment L’Émeraude Malouine promises you an unforgettable stay in Saint-Malo, paced by the tides offering a different spectacle every day. You can do everything on foot and enjoy the many beach activities available: sand yachting, surfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding, sea kayaking, and much more.

Situation idéale sur le Sillon avec vue magnifique, grand appartement très bien équipe. Concierge toujours disponible. Les fenêtres auraient besoin d'être lavées. Pour une raison étrange, il est demande aux locataires de nettoyer le four avant de partir.

L’appartement est magnifique, comme sur les photos. Il est proche du centre-ville Intra-muros donc très pratique. Nous avons été très très bien accueillis avec possibilité d’aménagement sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Je recommande à 100 %. S’il faut mettre un point négatif, je dirais le bruit le soir du Restaurant à côté. Sinon, nous avons passé un super week end. Séjour parfait à deux pas des remparts dans un appartement très bien équipé et décoré. Le seul bémol est le bruit du restaurant à côté le soir avec les chaises sur le parquet jusque tard après le service qu'on entend jusque dans la chambre à l'étage. Mais tout le reste est parfait, l'équipement et la décoration, l'entrée dans les lieux, la qualité de la literie, je recommande totalement et y retournerai avec plaisir
