Several private amenities await in this condo, including a private washer/dryer. Two bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms for guest privacy. A ceiling fan in each bedroom and central air conditioning throughout ensure that everyone will be comfortable. The full kitchen features full-size appliances and plenty of counter space to help your group put tasty meals together. Enjoy making plans together in the dining area that seats four, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar. You can't come much closer to the Gulf - come join the fun and relax.

Crescent 315 - Awesome Place To Stay

There are so many wonderful aspects of this unit and property, I don't know where to begin. The views are spectacular; love the floor plan, the unit and property are very clean. It's a very quiet community, which I love. Since it is gated, we felt very very safe!. The beach and the pool are spectacular, epecially when the dolphins came close to the beach and we watched them jumping out of the water and playing with the baby dolphins. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Again, we loved the layout of the unit, each bedroom had its own private bathroom; the balcony is a perfect place for morning coffee or to watch th gorgeous evening sunset. The kitchen is very well organized and perfect for cooking or preparing snacks....our "girl dinner" was cheese, crackers, sliced turkey, carrots and grapes. Will definitely plan another trip.

Needs work

This condo is not what is shown in the online pictures and needs work. Blind in bedroom 2 was broken, water faucet in kitchen leaking, shower head in master doesn’t work, shower in master leaks from the sweep, fan in living room does not work, electric can opener does not work, dryer lint is needs to be cleaned out, I tried to clean it but there was so much jammed in the lint catcher I was unable to get it out. Sink faucet in bedroom 3 leaked

Great location

We’ve stayed at this location before, and love the property and area. Our unit could use a bit of love, but served our visit perfectly with space. We were disappointed with the beach chair set up. First time ever we did not have front row on the beach; would have been nice since first time we took our young grandkids. Turns out you have to get in a line at 6am to reserve -each day- but not many chairs to be had as supposedly most of owners were there this week, who had first dibs on front row. Not convinced. The resort also needs to change the wristband scenario. We were suppose to wear the all the time on the property (which no one did) but the bands also can’t get wet. This was hard since we were at a beach and pool. Didn’t make since. Need better technology. Again, we loved the resort, but may try somewhere different next time.

Beautiful, clean and well maintained

The living room and deck furniture have had a very nice update from what is shown on property photos. Beds are comfortable, linens were of good quality and towels were plentiful. Love the property and the pool is out of this world. Only 4 stars as the tubs are slippery and could use grab handles or a way to provide more secure footing.
