The Crescent 409 is a beautiful condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to six. Incredible views greet you once inside this beautifully furnished and fully appointed condo. Coastal decor compliments cozy furnishings throughout the open-concept space, assuring everyone a peaceful and relaxing stay. Enjoy morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Whip up a breakfast casserole in the kitchen, fully stocked with all the essentials, and savor every last bite at the dining table with seating for six. Enjoy light snacks and appetizers at the breakfast bar, then curl up on the couch for a movie with the family. Enjoy blissful sleep in the master suite with a king-sized bed with a garden tub in the en suite bath, and rise to stunning coastal views from the balcony. The beautifully decorated guest suite features two twin beds, while a sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations. A stackable washer/dryer nearby makes cleanups quick and easy.

Lounge in the hot tub, then catch some rays by the pool. Swing by the library for a beach read, then head to the sandy shores for rest and solitude. Drift off to the sounds of the waves lapping on the shore and awake refreshed and renewed with a sunny glow. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Special Notes:

· Amenity wristbands are required for community access, everyone 12 and older will require a wristband. When booking, please mark your occupancy with adults being everyone 12+ years old. Please note, maximum 8 wristbands can be issued per reservation, NO EXCEPTIONS.
