Unit includes new hard-surface flooring throughout, crown moldings that elevate the 10' ceilings, two built-in fireplaces, and large smart-televisions. The stunning living room accentuated by a 10' high tiled fireplace wall has unrestricted views of the beautiful emerald coast that opens to a large private beachfront balcony for both relaxing and sunbathing. Those desiring to dine-in will delight in the fully equipped modern kitchen with all new appliances, quartz waterfall countertops, separate bar area with wine/beverage cooler and a kitchen peninsula facing the oceanfront. At the end of the day, your master bedroom awaits to provide an oasis of relaxation while the flickering flames of your private electric fireplace dance with the crystals. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Registered Guest receives email from us 3-7 days before arrival that includes all access information, unit and property use/unit departure clean expectations.
All guests are expected to return the property wristbands to the front desk prior to final departure. Charge of $50.00 will be deducted from deposit PER BAND not returned.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are two families that own rental properties on the beautiful Destin beachfront. All our properties are directly on the beachfront row, so you never have a road to cross or a view that is restricted, and all have private balconies with pools. Our motto is, "Vacations should be carefree, with the beach always at your door, and the ocean a constant wave of welcome." We welcome you to explore this great property that has been remodeled with great care and you in mind.
Why they chose this property
Why select this property? Because it is gorgeous, directly on the sugar-white beaches that made Destin famous, and one of the most desirable properties in all of the panhandle, at a price you can't beat for what you get. Includes 2 king beds, Pottery Barn sofa that converts to a unique side queen sleeper in living room suitable for the youngsters , beach service included of 2 chairs and one umbrella (in season), and a balcony with comfortable furniture and two chase lounges that we bet you will fall asleep in before your stay is over.

Pool Pavilion is fabulous. If not the best in all of Destin, certainly one of the exceptional pool pavilions! Generally uncrowded, with not just one but 2 pools to relax in, and one so large that your pool toys and rafts are always welcome. It caters to families and those looking for a relaxing vacation directly on the beachfront.
