This little cabin was just as described. Communication with the owner was super easy. The drive was easy! The drive way is a bit narrow to turn around in and would not recommend a large vehicle. It snowed two days during our stay and going to and from the cabin was easy as the roads are very well maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything! Perfect stay!
Overall stay was great. The first day was unexpected with low water pressure. Host was very easy to reach. Responded to all messages quickly, & corrected water pressure issue fast. We did not wander around outside due to steep pathway without guardrails. Enjoyed Ober Mountain and all its activities. Visited one Restaurant named Corky’s, and wouldn’t recommend. Preparing all my meals at the cabin was the best idea to me.
This picturesque cabin is very clean and well appointed, and the view of the mountains from the porch is unbeatable. We sat in the rocking chairs on the front porch and watched the sun go down every evening. The only drawback was the mosquitos, which were plentiful! But that was a minor annoyance, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The road to the cabin is harrowing if you come in after dark and are unfamiliar with the area, but it is newly paved and in great shape, so we didn't have any trouble during the day. This host does an amazing job keeping the property in excellent shape.
Stayed in a spacious and pretty cabin in a quiet area, easy to find. The floors in the entire cabin were sticky, but everything else was top-notch! Plus, all the attractions like Kuhowi, Anakeesta, and Luigi’s Pizza are just a short drive away. Definitely worth a visit and a return trip!
Me, my husband, niece (18) and nephew (18) stayed in the cabin for a few nights after the July 4th holiday weekend. The cabin was great and had plenty of room. We all agreed the beds were super comfortable and made it hard to get out of them.
Even though it looks like you are in the middle of nowhere, you can drive about 7 minutes and it'll look like you are in Las Vegas for kids. The main drag is right there and there is so much going on I couldn't believe it. the one thing we went to Pigeon Forge to see was the Alcatraz East Crime Museum, but we did so much more. And the house was very convenient to all those places.
In the morning, I heard a squirrel running around on the metal roof, and then he stuck his hands on the bedroom window and was looking inside at me. He was so cute. Other than that, I didn't see any animals, but my husband saw a bear while he was driving up to the house.
The driveway is steep, but not bad, and it's not hard to turn around in the driveway unless maybe you have another car up there. We had no problem getting up and down the hill. Maybe it's different in the winter, I'm not sure.
Overall, the house was great and we would definitely stay there again. It was so pretty and in such a pretty location. Krystal was really nice and helpful and check in was no problem. Thank you for letting us stay there!

This property is just as described. It is a beautiful location, quiet and very clean. We all had plenty of privacy and room. The drive up to the cabin is steep but we became used to it as we practiced our 3 pt turns. Lol Would definitely stay here again. Loved everything!
Cute and comfortable. A great place for our family to relax and play games away from the business of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but still close to the excitement.
My family and I loved this cabin. It was very quiet and peaceful. However, it was close to the parkway where all of the chaos and action takes place. The cabin accommodated 3 families well. We had everything we needed except you might want to bring a few extra towels and washcloths. We loved the firepit where we had s'mores. The driveway is all asphalt. The water pressure in the cabin is very strong. We would love to stay there again.
We all enjoyed are stay. Close to town by still far out of town. Loved to peace and quite. Rooms were wonderful. Rockers on porch where nice to be able to sit and over look the mountains. Back porch was also wonderful. The only thing I didnt like was the steep drive way. And turning around.
Cleaned the kitchen. Washed dishes and washed master bedroom sheets and towels. Down stairs sheets and towel just set i. Washer. 2 bedroom we left. Time was running out.
Perfect Location - secluded but close to activities!
This house was a great location for our family. We had never been to the area before so wanted to be close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the national park. This checked all the boxes. The fire pit/grill area is where we spent most of our time outdoors but the covered porches and propane fire pit were used as well. The front porch with rocking chairs was a great place to relax. We would very much recommend this house!
On our way back from Tybee Island in Georgia we decided to spend a night in the Smokey mountains. We enjoyed the place so much and the town of Pigeon Forge that we ended up staying a second night. My son and I loved the bar top classic video game. The beds were very comfortable, all in all a great experience.
The location of this cozy cabin couldn’t have been more perfect! So close to everything we wanted to do! Loved the 2 king suites upstairs and the water pressure was amazing! We also had no issue with wi-fi while at the cabin! And Krystal was great to work with!! Thanks!!
We loved this cabin. Great for fire pits, roasting hotdogs an S amores over the fire. There is no fireplace to warm up to but the cabin was plenty warm on cold nights. Kids loved the Video Games. The beds were so comfortable , I slept great! The master shower had great water pressure! It was super quit up there and the view was spectacular. I enjoyed every morning going outside with a cup of coffee and sitting in the rocking chair enjoying the Mountain View. PS they have a Keurig, and regular coffee pot.
I agree with another review, the hill/driveway going up to the cabin is steep ( I am scared of big hills), so make sure you have a small vehicle with 4 wheel drive because it can be slippery on the drive up if it is raining. Also the turn around at the top requires a three point turn. I would never recommend a really large vehicle.
Besides this, it is close to the main drag and did not take us long to get to pigeon island, Dollywood, or any of the attractions.
I would return again. Also, you are in the woods, a raccoon came by to visit😀
We enjoyed our stay at this mountain property. Property was clean and cozy. Location was great as far as being away from the hustle and bustle, but yet really quick to get to the parkway. It was perfect for our family which was three adult couples.
We
Greatly enjoyed our stay. The pictures are very accurate. The fire pits were a blast as well as the outdoor space. Just an FYI, the way up from the main road is a bit adventurous, but was not a big deal at all for our Van. We would definitely stay in this location again. The owner was great to work with and provided outstanding communication and service.
This property was so fitting fit my group. The beds where very soft. I just wish we weren’t so high up too many trees we couldn’t see the Mountain View.

Cabin was beautiful and very clean.
We would stay again but it was a little too far up the mountain.
This home was great for our long weekend get away! 3 bed and 3 full baths helped with everyone having their own space. We really enjoyed the cabin

I am a homeschooling Mom and love the outdoors and traveling! I live in Montana and love it here. We also love traveling to the Smokies and getting away in the woods.
Why they chose this property
This cabin has my heart. We have had lots of great family memories here, watching the cousins play and bond. I love the privacy of each room/couple having their own bathroom. I love the kitchen and hosting home cooked meals watching the sunset and playing card games around the table. I love feeling secluded but being so close to activities in town. Its truly been a blessing and I hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
