The best Vrbo location I’ve stayed at to date. Budget friendly, convenient location, CLEAN, and most importantly a host that is exceptionally communicative and provides for their guests. Such a beautiful house and that hot tub was such a nice touch to relax after a long day of walking around the attractions. 10/10 recommend and will in fact stay here again in the future.

Our stay was okay. In the afternoons, there were kids screaming across the street cuss words that made it difficult for peace and silence. It faces a lower end apartment complex which made it a bit uncomfortable. There was trash scattered all over the yard on the side of the house when i arrived and requested for it to be picked up but it never was during my stay. The fireplace didn't work properly my first night and i found mold along the shower doors to the master during my stay. The cabin was decent but there was just too many things that didn't make it worth what i paid for.
Our family had a great time staying at this house. All the amenities were available, well placed, and thoughtful. Our landlord was communicative and helpful. We’d stay again if we came back to the area. The apartment complex across the street was no problem at all.
Cabin was easy to access and close to everything. Everyone loved this place. Clean, prompt response from management if any questions arose. We will be re-booking again!
The cabin was perfect for our family trip to Dollywood. Grandparents downstairs, parents and two kids upstairs, along with our two dogs. As noted in reviews it is across the street from apartments but that was no problem as long as you’re not expecting it to be secluded. Cabin was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location. Booking process went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!
My brother and his family and I stayed in the cabin. The kitchen was a little small but we managed to make it all work. The hot tub was amazing. The bumper pool was fun (although missing 1 of each color ball) we made it work!! Across the street is an apartment complex but to the left is a wonderful view! It is close to everything!!! The owners were amazing as well!!
Landy was a wonderful host. He notified us of damages before arriving. The home was in a great location if you want to do things in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. My family really enjoyed the home feeling and how everything was provided for us. Landy responds quickly if you have questions. A wonderful stay for families who wants to be in the middle of entertainment.

Don’t Be Fooled By The Photos
The online pictures of the home are at best, incomplete. The interior is certainly as nice as they show. What they don’t show is the home is across the street from an apartment complex and the trash dumpsters are very near the side of the street across from the home. The trash truck came at 4:30am the night of our stay. The outside lights are unacceptably on a timer the guests cannot access. We had to unlock the door in the dark and without curtains, they shine into the master bedroom all night long. Add to this, there was apparent evidence at the back door of someone having attempted to break into the home, which was left unrepaired. Also, the coffee maker was non-functional. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Cabin was clean & we found the beds comfy. The photos are accurate. Location was very convenient to access our daily activities. The bunk beds have narrow head room due to the slope of the roof which our 11 year old granddaughters did not like so it was nice to have the extra bed as an option for them in the loft. We enjoyed our stay
We had a great stay and the house was great plenty of space, clean and fully stocked with essentials! I was very impressed with the essentials that was stocked for a cabin. The apartments across the road was never an issue so don’t let that discourage you from booking. We had a great time at Rod run as usual!
This cabin is perfect for someone who is looking for clean and cozy! Close to town and attractions - actually VERY quiet considering there is an apartment complex across the street! Pet friendly! Would stay here again for sure!
Cozy mountain cabin, easy distance to everything. Hiking, Dollywood, stores, etc. Hot tub was great after long hike in mountains!

Just OK
Check in process was simple. Communication with the property manager was fine. The house wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked…baseboards, blinds, etc. all could use a good cleaning. Wish there were some throw blankets to cover up with when lounging around. The location of the house to area attractions is good. The biggest downside is the apartments across the road. They are pretty slummy and very noisy. You definitely hear a lot of road traffic throughout the night and I think a lot of that comes from people going in and out of the apartment complex directly across the street. We would not rent this again mainly due to the apartments across the street.
Cabin was very nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Didn’t really care for the view from the front porch, apartment complex

The location was close to everything but the apartments across the street was not what I expected
I love coming to Pigeon Forge. We normally come at least once a year but I’ve never really find the cabin that I can say has felt like I didn’t want to leave. The furniture is not really comfortable, or the cleanliness is less than what I feel it should be especially with the cleaning fee I feel just because I have a pet doesn’t mean the cleanliness is any less. When I get to my vacation I should not have to spend my time cleaning or communicating with the host or anyone trying to get the cabin cleaned.
This property is a super convenient location to everything in Pigeon Forge. The cabin is clean and well maintained. Our only suggestion would be to clarify that it is not three private bedrooms. The futon and bunk beds have no privacy from everyone else. Overall a nice place to stay and would book again.
Loved our visit; would consider staying here on our next trip to Pigeon Forge. Was close to all our destinations and very tidy and peaceful. Had an awesome time. Thank you for having us.
This was a good great trip for my family to celebrate my youngest birthday with grandparents. We where all really impressed with this house. Super cute and just the right size for a small group. It was clean! The kitchen had everything you needed. And the hot tub was a great way to relax after spending time at the local places.
