ROSE Holidays offers this apartment on the 1st floor of a secure residence without a lift, ideally located between the beach and the port in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne city centre!
Apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
Its ideal location will allow you to move around on foot or by bike in Les Sables d'Olonne, close to all city amenities (city centre, train station, main beach, casino). On the ground floor of the residence, you can safely leave your bikes in the dedicated storage room.
Apartment includes a living room equipped with a sofa, coffee table, armchair, TV and WiFi as well as a dining table with six chairs.
An independent and functional fully equipped kitchen: electric hob with oven and small dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker (Krups)...
Independent toilet.
On the sleeping side, you will have a first double room with a 160 bed, bedside tables, storage shelves, a wardrobe and baby equipment such as travel cot and changing table. In the second room, you will have a two-seater sofa bed in 160 (2X80) and a double sofa bed with storage shelf.
Then, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a sink with storage unit and a hair dryer.
You can park your vehicle freely in the streets.
