Newly updated, this home is a beautiful as it is comfortable. Multiple living areas afford plenty of space for your family to come together or relax in peace. The updated kitchen includes high end appliances and dining area. Plus you will Love all of the private outdoor spaces for recharging. There is a screened in front porch, a balcony with sundeck and covered lounge, a back deck with two outdoor dining tables and grill, plus the 3rd floor viewing tower with hightop seating.

"Sugar" has a sister carriage house (534 Sq. Ft., 1 bedroom, sleeps 2-3) on the property called "Spice". The cottages are available for rent separately or together.

Just the Girls

Two Grandmas, daughter in law with two little ones 3 and under and two adult daughters enjoyed the Seaside activities and wet but wonderful Seeing Red festival. The home served as a perfect home base and provided everything we needed. Wonderful Soave to play games, put together a jigsaw puzzle, enjoy the screened in porch all while the “littles” played in a sparkling clean and safe area. We found the property to be perfect. The management team made the process seamless. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay in Seaside! The house had everything we needed, the location was perfect and convenient to all that we wanted to do, and the ease of check in made everything smooth and stress free.

Convenient everything!

This house was very clean, very convenient to beach and convenient walking distance from main square and restaurants. The house functioned well for my husband and I, our daughter and husband and baby. We set crib up in side room to dining rooms. This was perfect because there are curtains dividing dining room from the side room. We closed these whenbaby was asleep. Nice spaces to sit on various porches around house. Well stocked kitchen as far as cookware and dishes. Quiet. Comfortable. Convenient..Clean. Cozy!

Thanksgiving at the beach

The house was perfect for our large family. The kitchen was large and sunny with plenty of room for family to help prepare meals or to sit nearby and be adjacent to the action. We loved having access to the roof for sunset as well.
