We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts take great pride in their home. The house was spotless—immaculately clean—and incredibly well stocked with everything we could have needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear and thoughtful extras.What really stood out was the feeling that we were truly guests rather than just renters. Every detail reflected a personal touch and genuine hospitality. It felt like staying in a friend’s home—welcoming, comfortable, and cared for.We’ve stayed at many rentals over the years, and this one easily ranks among the best. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free beach getaway!

6 Stars! One of Our Favorite 30A Homes6 Stars! One of Our Favorite 30A HomesIf we could give this home more than five stars, we would. Having stayed in four other homes along 30A, this property ranks among the very best.The location was excellent—an easy walk to the beach, even with young children. The home provides three beach wagons, along with ample chairs and toys, which made beach outings effortless. The nearest beach access was surprisingly uncrowded for mid-July and felt comparable in quality to some of the “private” beaches along 30A.The home itself was exceptionally comfortable and very well stocked. The kitchen included everything we needed and more. The dedicated under-counter ice machine was deal for a large beach group. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were cool and crisp, and there were plenty of soft bath towels provided.The spacious porches were a standout feature, particularly the swinging daybeds, which were perfect for morning coffee, afternoon rest, & family games. The high-top Adirondack table also became an unexpected favorite gathering spot. The neighborhood pool is located directly across the street, offering another option for cooling off. While we did need to bring our own beach towels, the laundry room was easy to use, and the outdoor shower and rinse area were fantastic. Our host was consistently responsive and easy to communicate with, before, during & after. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations - highly recommend

It truly is a dream!!!

We loved it!! We had 8 adults and two little ones for a week at the beach and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house is exactly as advertised…beautiful, clean, great kitchen, comfy beds, big dining table and island, fully stocked with everything you need for the beach, quiet, easy walk to the beach, pool right across from the house, awesome porches with the best porch swings…and amazing hosts! The check-in and check-out were so easy. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful home by the beach, you’ve found it. You can walk to town which is nice. Also the beach is not super crowded as there is no public parking nearby. We drove to Rosemary Beach to shop, but really enjoyed going back to the house away from the crowds. We would absolutely book it again!

Beautiful home with amazing Host! Brett was super helpful with any questions we had. The whole stay was amazing! Everything we need for the beach they had! The beds were super comfortable! The decks were so amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner in the evenings. The beach was so close! We rented bikes and our kids rode all around! Great location, would 100% come back and stay!
