Cozy Newly Renovated Four Bedroom Cottage. Great location right in center of the freshly dredged lake! Beautiful new dock and sun deck right by the lake (not seen in pictures yet). Perfect to hang out on - jump in and enjoy a swim or grab a rod and catch some fish! Great for a family vacation in summer or a weekend get-away/golf trips.

Perfect location in Treasure Lake (gated community) less than 3 miles from two golf courses/beach/community pool/ convivence store/restaurants/bar/hiking trails/marina in gated community. Year-round activities including hiking/sledding/cross country skiing/ beach/boating/Fishing Convivence store that sells everything (beer/ice/propane/firewood/groceries) less than 2 miles on property - main road when you go through gates.

All newly renovated and professionally decorated. Four bedrooms, with memory foam mattresses. 2.5 baths (all lines/towels supplied). Two 2nd floor bedrooms: Master bedroom suite has queen with half bath and 32" TV. BR#2 Queen with full bath. 1st Floor Bedrooms: BR#3 full bed. BR#4 Queen bed with full bathroom. Also available is a large pullout couch with 40" Smart TV. Wireless internet. Kitchen fully equipped. Foosball Table. Play Station 3.

Outdoor Firepit (Bello smokeless pit!) with 4 Adirondack Chairs. Smores Makers/hot dog grilling forks. Cornhole boards. Living room with 50" Smart TV (FUBU app with full regular TV channels - watch all the games!)

New Dock/Lake side sun deck. Beautiful Covered Deck with Gas Grill and/or charcoal grill if you prefer. Nice spacious flat backyard perfect for games. Four kayaks and paddle boat provided with life jackets. Outdoor 6-person HOT TUB! Foosball table.

Up to two dogs allowed (additional $150 for cleaning fee). Please keep them off furniture. No dogs less than one year old. No cats. Renters are expected to pick up after their dogs and clean any hair - failure to do so will result extra charges (please keep dogs off furniture if they shed). Must be kept in yard at all times when outside.

This was a family gathering for Thanksgiving and because of the weather we could not use the outdoor amenities. Inside was accommodating. The only suggestion would be to use unscented laundry detergent on towels and linens. The sheets especially were too fragrant.

Nice spot for a small extended family get away. Cozy and kitchen was well stocked. Only removed a star due to one mattress being a bit uncomfortable and some poor water pressure upstairs. We enjoyed the hot tub and foosball table. Overall great place.

My wife and I have three rental properties (one in PA and two in FL). We take great care to ensure our guests stay in a clean updated home with all the needed amenities and comfortable beds. I split time between PA (North of Pittsburgh) and Clearwater Beach in the winters.

Why they chose this property

We have spent years going to Treasure Lake in the summers and love the place. I was finally able to purchase this house right in the location I wanted. We will keep it on VRBO but spend a few weeks and some weekends there ourselves in the summer and fall.

What makes this property unique

Our beautiful covered back porch is the perfect place to relax and has a beautiful view of the lake.
