The detached holiday home "Weyerhof" is located in the best quiet location of Kobern-Gondorf and belongs to a historic courtyard, which was formerly a Leyenscher Lehnshof of the Counts Von der Leyen.
The house is available for your sole use without additional guests.

The Dreckenach district, which belongs to Kobern-Gondorf, is located in a beautiful, quiet side valley of the Moselle and therefore also without train noise.

We offer you a cozy 2 room non-smoking apartment in country house style, 55 m² in size, max. up to 4 people, with parquet floors, underfloor heating and satellite TV. A bedroom with a 1.60 m double bed and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and a stove (ceramic hob / oven).
Modern bathroom with a level shower.

A large garden with lawn and garden furniture invites you to barbecue (grill available) and to romantic evenings.
The courtyard includes 2 bicycles that you are welcome to use and a bicycle parking space. Parking - directly in front of the courtyard.

Alles wie beschrieben. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Netter kleiner Ort aber nur mit Auto/Fahrrad zu empfehlen. Kinder können gut im Innenhof spielen.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung bei netten Gastgebern

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sauber und der Kontakt zum Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Umgebung bietet viele abwechslungsreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für Radler und Wanderer. Von uns gibt es eine unbedingte Weiterempfehlung.

Schönes Objekt in kleinem Dorf

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Die Vermieter haben an alles gedacht, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vom Check in bis zum Check out war alles unkompliziert und einfach. Wir waren nur von dem Ort etwas enttäuscht, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es weder ein Lokal noch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Dafür sind die Wanderwege wunderschön :)

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch im Ortsteil Dreckenach. Zum Einkaufen geht es schnell runter nach Kobern-Gonsdorf. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Draußen kann man wunderbar sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Zur Umgebung, man kann viel erreichen, Köln Koblenz Trier den Nürburgring. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Dank an den Vermieter Herr Kalbitzer für die netten Gespräche.

Rustig en rustiek plekje

Wij hebben genoten van de rust in dit kleine dorpje. Prachtige omgeving met een groot aantal goed bewegwijzerde wandelroutes in de buurt. Mooi, schoon appartement op de tweede verdieping boven de voormalige stallen. Mindere punten; het huisje heeft geen horren. Als je een raam openzet, stikt het al snel van de vliegen binnen. Ook als je in de tuin zit is dit gewoon ergerlijk. In de omschrijving staat dat er een wasmachine en droger aanwezig zijn. Dat is niet het geval. Het bed kraakt behoorlijk. En op het terrein wordt het grote huis ook als vakantiehuis verhuurd. Als dit het geval is heb je veel minder privacy op het erf en in de tuin. Ook komt de eigenaar de tuin en erf onderhouden, die er minder uitzien als op de foto’s. Verder zijn er in Dreckenach geen winkels. Al met al geven wij het een kleine zeven.

Danke für Ihre Bewertung, jedoch stimmen Ihre Angaben größtenteils nicht. Der Weyerhof ist ein großer Hof mit 2 getrennten Ferienhäusern. Wobei das andere Haus nur gelegentlich vermietet wird. Jedes Ferienhaus hat seinen separaten großen Aussenbereich. Die Privatsphäre ist also immer gewährleistet. Die Wohnung liegt nicht im zweiten sondern im ersten Stock. Eine Waschmaschine bzw. Trockner wird in unserer Anzeige gar nicht angeboten. Ein Mückenproblem ist uns nicht bekannt, zumindest hat uns keiner der bisherigen Gästen davon berichtet. Das das Bett geknarrt hat kann mal vorkommen. Wir werden dies überprüfen und abstellen. Die Fotos in unserer Anzeige entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Die von Ihnen vergebenen 7 Bewertungspunkte entsprechen aber auch mehr, als nur 3 Sterne von 5.

Beautiful location with much to do in the surrounding area

The appartement is on the first floor of an old barn and looks very nice. Everything was clean and well stocked (enough plates and glasses and for example salt, pepper, coffee and tea). The only small downside for me were the pillows (the were very flat) and the fact that there was no curtain in the bedroom. In the surrounding area there is a lot to do: you can for example visit Burg Eltz, Koblenz, Cochem and Burg Thurant in Alten. And if you like whine: visit the 'vinothek' in Winnigen, cosy little place. In short: a good place to spend a week or so.

Besonders schönes Ambiente

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll mit Sinn für feine Details eingerichtet. Sie liegt in einer alten Hofanlage und ist über dem ehemaligen Stallgebäude ausgebaut worden. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen jedoch ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Mosel. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Um den Garten zu nutzen stehen viele verschiedene Gartenmöbel und Plätze zur Verfügung.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und gute Ausstattung. Einzige Mankos: keine Seife im Bad, badehandtücher im Wäscheset nicht inklusive. Zudem war das Schlafsofa mäßig bequem. Für 2 Nächte ok, länger jedoch weniger komfortabel. Das richtige Bett war jedoch gut.

Wunderbare Zeit

Obwohl das Wetter nicht so toll war haben wir uns in dieser tollen Wohnung super wohl gefühlt. Die gesamte Wohnung und der Garten strahlen Wohlfühlen aus - da hat jemand Mühe und Zeit investiert damit man sich wohl fühlt. Wir haben tolle Wanderungen gemacht und Koblenz besichtig (gut mit dem Zug zu erreichen). Es war die Reise wert - kommen bestimmt wieder.

Einfach nur schön !!!!!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Die Wohnung ist mit Herzblut eingerichtet. Jedes Detail ist stimmig und geschmackvoll. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das wunderbare Wetter hat uns ermöglicht, auch den Garten zu nutzen. Die Lage ist oberhalb der Mosel und damit schön ruhig gelegen. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus wandern oder los radeln. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. ( Burg Eltz, das Deutsche Eck, Cochem, Andernach, Winnigen usw..) Wir haben uns gut erholt sagen Danke und bis bald.
