2400 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 with lower deck and upper deck with barbeque. Golf course out the front and back with beautiful views. Walking distance to April Sound Clubhouse with pools, golf and tennis. Lake Conroe is 400 yards away and can be seen from upper deck. April Sound is gated community with security entrance. This is the best location in April Sound.
