Quiet, comfortable, private and safe. Great location and neighborhood. Plus, there’s a jukebox in the living room!

Great Stay in Old Northeast
We love this particular location in St. Pete. It is a lovely historic neighborhood that conjures up old world Florida glam. You can walk to the Bay, museums, coffee shops, boutiques and numerous restaurants all from this property. The house isn’t fancy but comfortable (beds especially) and had everything we needed for the week. Location is perfect and owner was very nice and accommodating.

Great stay!
Cute house right in the heart of historic St Pete's. About a 5-10 minute walk to bay side waterfront with lots of walking paths and things to do, and about 10-15 minute walk to downtown area and St Petes Pier with shops and restaurants. The place was as advertised if not better. Not fancy or renovated and a bit dark inside, but two great sized bedrooms and two baths (one half), a nice open common space, and serviceable galley kitchen. Perfect for two couples, or two friends that want separate sleeping arrangements. There is no backyard but a little place to sit on side of house as shown in pictures. Host was responsive. All around a great stay. I'd highly recommend. So much more interesting than staying in a hotel!

Cute Bungalow in a wonderful location
This was a cute house in a wonderful location, where rentals like this are hard to find. You can walk to downtown, the parks along Tampa bay, coffee pot bayou ( manatee), or just wander the charming neighborhood. Quick access to freeway. Although it is a corner property, the streets are very quiet. Parking was easy. It was good to have a carport, as the otherwise charming oaks drop leaves constantly. Beds were very comfortable. Host very responsive. Floor plan worked well when we had company( the 1/2 bath was off the master bedroom, but the full bath was accessible to all.)The juke box worked as noted. a few quirks: the grill is charcoal. Lighting in the living room is dim ( Tyler said he may replace that fixture). If you are planning on cooking a lot, and like a 12 inch pan, you may want to bring your own.

Clean/Convenient/Great Stay
We had a great time here for Christmas! Tyler’s house was perfectly located in the Old Northeast neighborhood, a quick walk to the water/local coffee shops and a short drive to downtown. He was a great communicator, and the house itself was clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
