This charming annex, adjacent to a large unoccupied house, offers you the exclusivity of a large garden all to yourself. Here, tranquility is guaranteed with a stunning view of the boats and the beautiful Minaouët cove.

An Ideal Setting for Relaxation: From the moment you arrive, you will be enchanted by the peaceful atmosphere and exceptional natural surroundings. Wake up with the morning light filtering through the trees and have breakfast outdoors, surrounded by the beauty of Brittany. The shaded garden, bathed in sunlight all day long, offers a perfect space to relax and rejuvenate.

The house features a simple and functional kitchen, a bathroom, and a living-dining area that opens to the outdoors. Upstairs, you will find a large bedroom with storage, a perfect space for restful nights after a day of exploration.

Enjoy the exclusive large garden, perfect for sunny days or simply to relax with a good book while admiring the ebb and flow of the tides. The proximity of the Minaouët cove, just a few steps away, invites you to explore the Breton coastline, observe the boats, and soak in the surrounding tranquility. This beautiful arm of the sea is ideal for paddle boarding, kayaking, or boating, offering one of the most beautiful spots in the region for your water activities.

Just 600 meters away, the large family beach of Pors-Breign awaits you for days of relaxation, beach games, or sailing thanks to the nearby sailing club. The town of Trégunc, with its charming shops and delicious bakeries, is only a 5-minute drive away. And for a gourmet break, an adorable tea room is nearby.

Eine kleine, aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Es gibt einen großen und im Sommer sicher schönen Garten. Im September wirkte der Garten und vor allem der vordere Zugang vernachlässigt. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, schöne Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Es muss allerdings ca. 100 Meter abseits in einer sehr ruhigen Straße geparkt werden, mit dem Auto zum Ausladen vor das Haus zu fahren, erwies sich aufgrund des zugewachsenen Wegs als abenteuerlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis könnte besser sein.

Der große Luxus dieser Unterkunft besteht in seiner Lage. Der großartige Blick auf die Bucht, der schöne Garten, von dem aus sich dieser Blick von jedem Fleck genießen lässt, der Küstenwanderweg, der direkt am Garten vorbeigeht, die Ruhe. Das Häuschen selbst ist praktisch eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet, ein gut funktionierender Backofen. Das Bett war 180x200 cm und hatte eine gute Matratze. Für uns hat das gut gepasst, denn ein luxuriöseres Haus in dieser Lage hätten wir uns nicht leisten können!

Le cadre est superbe, le grand jardin clos (idéal avec notre jeune chien) participe à la beauté du paysage. Ce séjour a été un bonheur : pouvoir se baigner au bout du jardin, partir en randonnée dès le portillon sur le chemin côtier, découvrir à quelques minutes Concarneau et sa cité close, les villages de chaumières, etc. Le logement est confortable, reposant et au calme. Le grand lit de 180 x 200 est un plus. Le descriptif de l'annonce est tout à fait exact et le service de conciergerie a été parfait et a répondu positivement à toutes nos questions et demandes. Le logement est dans l'ensemble très bien équipé, nous y avons séjourné une semaine, l'idéal aurait été d'avoir une petite machine à laver le linge dans la salle de bains. Je pense qu'il y aurait la place pour un petit modèle de 40 ou 45 cm.
