The villa, at the exit of the village of Trégunc, halfway between CONCARNEAU and PONT-AVEN. (8 kms from each city), is at ideal distance to visit the main touristic sights of Cornwall.
1 km away, the town center of Trégunc offers the whole range of shops, bakeries, pharmacy, restaurants, caterers , banks, super markets. ..etc

 TREGUNC is worth a visit with thatch roofed cottages, sandy white beaches, many coastals footpathes. The tip of Trévignon is home to an authentic fishing port where fishermen offer the fresh products of their day fishing, all sorts of fishes, spiders, langoustines ..

You will enjoy discovering the walled town, the fishing port, fishing museum and summer animations

PONT AVEN made famous by its school of art is a charming village full of galleries , shops and restaurants on the edge of the Aven river, not to forget the rich museum.

 Picturesque little ports of Doëlan, Brigneau, Belon at the edge of oyster-farming rivers. Great choice of river boat trips.

QUIMPER is 20 minutes 'drive. You will not miss strolling through the medieval streets to admire the cathedral, the wooden houses, discover the museums not to forget the shopping all around .

Other visits : the gorgeous Pointe du RAZ, medieval city of Locronan , and on the other side Carnac and its megalithic stones , Morbihan gulf.

Activities for everyone Boat trips to the islands , hiking, water activities.

Three generations of family loved staying at this property, plus the dog. The pool was fantastic, even during the rain, and the pool is larger than the photos suggest! Lovely location to visit the local sandy beaches and other historic places. Thank you Michel for letting us stay at your property.

Enjoyed a lovely week in this house, the house is very well equipped with plenty of space, a lovely garden, etcThe house is very well managed, I would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.You can walk into local town in about 20mins, and great places to visit start from10mins by car. Had a wonderful stay with family in this beautiful well equipped villa, Michel was an excellent host and answered any query quickly, but for anyone looking for a beach holiday there was no walk to the beach and the nearest we found was a 15 minute drive not 5 minutes other than this little hiccup, we found the villa in a lovely area, short walk to centre of Tregunc which had plenty of shops and cafes will look forward to returning

Lovely house and pool

Three generations of our family enjoyed a week in this lovely house. Used the pool every day. Tregunc is a nice village with good shops and market day. Easy to get to lots of beaches. Beautiful area.

Great holiday home

Spent 2 weeks at this lovely home - mixed weather so the pool was enjoyed just about every day. The owner Michel was very helpful and easily contactable for any problems. The beds and appliances are all of a high quality and the kitchen is well equipped. The only tiny negative would be maybe just a little TLC is needed here and there, for example in the upstairs bathroom, but this did not affect our lovely holiday. House is perfectly located for visiting the local area. New houses have recently been built behind the house, but we didn’t experience any building noise due to the holiday period. Would definitely recommend this property.

Nice villa. Great for our dog. Well equipped. Mostly peaceful except for building work behind house A few niggles: needed a new ironing board cover, difficult to iron clothes (4 week stay so necessary). Toilet seat needs proper fixing. Shower leaked on floor. Beds comfy. Kitchen good. Weber BBQ. Town centre about a mile away. Two supermarkets in town. Make sure you have enough wine as they can't sell it some days! Trevignon Point and restaurants fantastic. Portuguese couple at le Casier made our holiday. One problem for us; dogs banned on every beach we visited. Overall, I would recommend .

We have had a great holiday staying in this lovely villa. We were met by the owner Michel and were able to keep in contact with him throughout our stay by WhatsApp. Everything we needed was in the villa and some. They really have thought of everything to make guests comfortable. The pool is lovely and had a gate into the area, giving us peace of mind as we had our toddler granddaughters with us. The rooms were lovely, and the grounds were secured by an electronic gate. Our dog (and the children) could run around the lovely gardens of the property safely. There was a lovely searing area outside near the pool; undercover so shaded from the sun and plenty of places to sunbathe. Michel checked in with us and when we had a minor issue with the gate he was straight round to get it sorted. We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 children, it was lovely. There is a lovely park about 10 minutes walk that the children loved and the village centre is a 20 minute walk away. We did this every day to get fresh bread and pastries from the patisserie. There is a lovely market in the village on a Wednesday morning and markets in nearby towns on other days (Michel has a list on the notice board). Concarneau is 15 mins away in the car and well worth a visit, as is Pont Aven, Quimper and the local beaches. I would recommend this villa and the area for anyone who wants a restful break but likes visiting the local areas.

Fantastisches Haus mit großem umzäunten Garten und Pool, ideal für Familien mit Kindern und Hund. Die Küche mit Thekenblock in Schiffsform ist ein richtiger Hingucker und bietet sämtliches Equipment. Der Pool ist beheizt und kann so auch bei kälteren Temperaturen genutzt werden. Viele Sitzplätze, verteilt auf dem großzügigen gepflegten Grundstück, können zur Entspannung genutzt werden. Wir haben zwei großartige Wochen verbracht und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Michel. Merci beaucoup!!!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine sous un soleil magnifique dans la maison de Michel. Des crêpes et une bouteille de cidre nous attendaient le 1er jour. La maison est magnifique, idéale pour les vacances : piscine, babyfoot, badminton, plages à moins de 15 min et tout le nécessaire pour concocter de bons petits plats. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain!

Accueillis par Michel, nous avons pu dès les premières secondes, profiter d'un bel espace arboré qui promet calme et sérénité. La maison a continué de nous charmer par ses grandes bais vitrées, ses équipements et son espace. Wundervoller Urlaub in der Villa Marine

Wir (Eltern, 2 Kinder, 2 Omis) haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser außergewöhnlichen Villa sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet, eine wahnsinnig tolle Küche, alle Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll, großes - nicht einsehbares - gepflegtes Außengelände und dann der tolle Pool!!! Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Michel ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und hat bei einem Problem sofort reagiert und sich gekümmert. Zu den Stränden ist es 10 - 15 Minuten Autofahrt und die Region hat viel zu bieten. Wenn wir nochmals ein Haus in dieser Größe benötigen kommen wir gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert - danke Michel!

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

DasHaus liegt zwar gute 4-5 km von schönen Stränden weg ist aber als Ausgangspunkt zu empfehlen. 2 Menschen, 2 Hunde und oder 2-4 kinder können sich hier gut aufhalten ohne sich auf die Nerven zu gehen. Der Pool hat eine WH von ca 130cm? Ist sauber und immer angenehm erfrischend. Der Ort Tregunc ist kein Touristenort. Auch nicht sonderlich interessant. Hin und wieder ist mal ein "Restaurant" offen, auf die Öffnungszeiten im Internet kann man sich nicht verlassen. Für Hundeleute: alle Strände sind ab 1.5. Oder 1.6. Für Hunde gesperrt...oft bis Ende Sept. VorherTouristbüro anschreiben. Kein deutsches TV. Internet 5G. Mein Facit: Ich würde es noch einmal mieten.

Fabulous Tregunc Holiday

We have just returned to Scotland after a fabulous holiday in The Villa Marin. The house is great with lots of space, facilities and everything needed for a wonderful holiday experience. The outside sitting areas are both terrific. At the front surrounded by the lovely mature garden. At the rear a covered area next to the swimming pool and barbecue. Any issues were promptly and politely dealt with by the owner Michel who was a joy to communicate with. A big benefit of the house is it’s situation . Tregunc itself is lovely and only a 10 minute walk to the centre. Less than 15 minutes drive away you will find the beautiful towns of Concarneau and Pont-Aven. 10 minutes away is also the wonderful Pointe de Trevignon with it’s fabulous scenery, beaches and restaurants. Within an hour Quimper, Auray, Quimperle and Benodet are all lovely. The highlight for us was a day trip to Vannes which is 75 minutes away. The Old Town there is absolutely beautiful! Thoroughly recommended.

The sailor villa is an architect house with exceptional amenities: spacious, bright, very well equipped (new equipment)

Comfortable and high quality bedding.

The setting is very pleasant and quiet, large fenced garden , 2 terraces( view on the garden or view on the swimming pool) and several car parks , (5 pl) in the courtyard.

In addition, the area is superb. At 5 minutes' drive, very beautiful sandy beaches,,
hiking, coastal footpathes , many interesting sights .
