Belle Villa, 4 Chambres, Grande Piscine Privée, Bordeaux-villenave, Bien Située

STRENGTHS
- Ideal location because everything is easily accessible, the sea, Bordeaux, the vineyards, the shops...

Beautiful house, spacious, recent quality renovation with 4 bedrooms, one of which is a studio on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and swimming pool.
(3 bedrooms upstairs with double bed, including 1 bedroom with children's bed of 80 by 190 and the 4th on the ground floor as indicated before)
2 bathrooms, 3 toilets
Beautiful garden with different relaxation areas with a beautiful swimming pool of 10 m by 5 with a pit for diving. An outdoor space for cooking in a sheltered area
Located in Villenave d'ornon, a town adjoining Bordeaux.
Everything is nearby in a residential area. Shops on foot, tram 3-5 minutes walk directly to the Saint Jean train station, Bordeaux centre and the lake.
I would like to draw your attention to your responsibility regarding the use of the pool both in its use and in the increased supervision to be had with regard to children. An alarm is in place. It is mandatory to activate it when no adult is supervising. I have put in place other security measures to limit access to the children's pool but these measures are simple brakes.
