Located between Autoire, Rocamadour, the Padirac Chasm, and the Château de Castelnau-Bretenoux, the “La Terrasse de Loubéjou” cottage will charm you with its decor and warm atmosphere. To ensure you have a wonderful stay, the interior of this cottage has been renovated and designed to make you feel right at home! Welcome to “La Terrasse de Loubéjou”! A two-story cottage. On the first level, which is air-conditioned, you’ll find a living/dining room with a TV and sofas, a semi-separate, fully equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom, and access to a terrace/balcony with patio furniture and a parasol. On the lower level (not air-conditioned), you’ll find 3 bedrooms, each with 2 90x190 beds that can be pushed together to form 180x190 beds, a bathroom adjoining one of the bedrooms, a separate shower room, and a separate toilet with a laundry area (washing machine and dryer). Unfenced property with a pool (8x4, 1.50 metres deep). Wi-Fi access. The property is not accessible to guests with limited mobility. Guests who enjoy a relaxed lifestyle are welcome; however, parties and gatherings are prohibited. For your convenience, sheets, bath towels, and kitchen linens are provided with the rental. Only pool towels are not included. [Important] The property is equipped with a heavy-duty outlet for charging electric and hybrid vehicles. For guests with these types of vehicles, a Linky metre reading will be taken on the day of your arrival and on the day of your departure. Any kWh consumed beyond the 8 kWh included in your rental agreement will be billed. This billing will be based on actual consumption at the current rate specified in the property’s electricity contract; no surcharges will be applied.
