If you are looking for the calm of a peaceful village, whilst benefitting from all the services and shops (including market) close by, then look no further! Here you will find a charming house dating from 1710 and refurbished in 2010, situated right in the heart of the historic area of the medieval village of Martel. You can enjoy the shaded terrace or profit from all the comforts of the well-equipped interior. Ground floor: living room/dining room with an open kitchen, fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas hob with electric oven and microwave …) First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed – 140 wide, second bedroom with 2 bunk beds - 90 wide) and a shower-room with toilet. Oil-fired central heating. Outside: covered terrace with electric roller blind, garden with seating area and a small enclosed courtyard with covered space for storing large items (i.e. bikes, motorbike, pushchair, caving equipment…
