Facing the famous medieval village of St Cirq Lapopie classified among the most beautiful villages in France, and with a view of the cliffs which majestically overhang the Lot river at 500m (swimming with supervised beach), you will appreciate the modern comfort of this house built in 2009 With these spacious and bright rooms, its full equipment, its vast land at the back and its covered terrace where you can relax and take your meals while admiring the breathtaking view... that's it, you're on vacation! House on basement (not accessible to customers) with access on one level from the terrace, all the rooms are on the same level: entrance hall, large living room with pellet stove, dining room with bay windows, one of which gives access to the covered terrace. Independent kitchen with built-in units and fully equipped. 3 bedrooms (2 140m beds, 2 90m beds), shower room, separate wc. 2 terraces, one of which is covered, barbecue, garden furniture, open land.
