Over 2500 square feet of air conditioned flexible living space, comprising of three guest rooms including one master west-wing suite with it's own private on-suite bathroom and two guest bedrooms in the east-wing which share a full bathroom.

Shopping and Dining: You will discover that shopping in Boca Raton can include stops by national chains for basics, as well as a wide selection of independent shops and boutiques for more unique purchases. Sometimes malls and shopping centers are the most convenient options, but be sure to check out Boca Raton’s downtown or historic districts to find the most unusual gifts and trinkets, art, antiques, and clothing.
The Town Center Mall is the place to go for top Florida shopping where you will also find department stores such as, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Create & Barrel and Sears anchor this shopping mall. The restaurant scene has all the usual national chains and fast food joints, but part of the fun of traveling is sampling the local cuisine. With that in mind, branch out and give a few locally-owned Boca Raton and Delray Beach venues a shot. Dining in the area offers choices for those who crave comfort food and those who savor more international flavors, fans of out-of-the-way spots.
Beaches:
The Atlantic Dunes Park, South Ocean Drive – is the closest beach to the villa which is less than a 10-minute drive from the property and has two meter parking lots just across the road from the main park entrance.

Spanish River Park There is a mile and a half of beachfront in this 95-acre park, which runs from the ocean to the Intracoastal. An excellent place to swim, sun, as well as, fish, walk, jog, canoe or kayak along with a designated surfing area on the north end. A beach wheelchair is available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Inquire at the Spanish River Gatehouse when you enter the park. Note: no nearby restaurants or cafes. Lifeguards are on duty from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
Delray Municipal Beach is one of the most accessible and beautiful beaches in South Florida. It was selected by Travel Holiday magazine as the top public beach in the south-eastern United States for swimming and one of the top 35 beaches in the country. Sand quality, water warmed by the gulf stream current, and safe waves were all cited as factors contributing to their choice of Delray Municipal Beach.
The Municipal Beach has five beach parks all with automobile parking areas; in addition to parallel parking along Ocean Blvd.
Cultural Attractions: Boca Raton Museum of Art is one of South Florida's finest cultural attractions. The Boca Raton Museum of Art presents changing exhibitions of national and international importance and a wide range of educational programs, lectures, gallery tours and studio art classes. The museum's permanent collection includes a superb assembly of modern masters including works by Degas, Matisse, Modigliani and Picasso, influential American and European modern and contemporary works by artists ranging from Louise Nevelson to Andy Warhol, an outstanding photography collection and noteworthy collections of Pre-Columbian and African art.
The kids are also sure to enjoy the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center and Sugar Sand Park and a stroll through the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens are ideal for some adult contemplation.
