PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR FIRST - IT IS ACCURATE! MUST BE 25+ TO RESERVE - 3 NIGHT MINIMUM - UNIT IS LOCATED ON 14TH FLOOR. $250 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED

All AQUA guests must be pre-registered  to receive Parking Permit(s).  The registration fee is $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es).  This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

We just returned home from spending 5 days in this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect. Condo was spotless. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. And the view was gorgeous! I had a couple of questions before we arrived and Melissa returned my calls within minutes. She was a dream to work with. Already planning to come back next year.

Great Stay

The condo was immaculate and was perfect for our time away at the beach. The pool and beach are very easy to access and were busy, but the experience was great. The location is amazing and allowed us to stay within 2 miles of the condo most of our trip. Checkin and checkout was easy. Melissa was tremendous with communication. We would definitely stay again!

Rainy Vacation

Well in spite on the gloomy wet days, we had a nice, clean and eye appealing condo to spend our vacation in. Our condo was the upside to our stay. All the amenities of home were right there in the place. We had plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo On Panama City Beach

The Aqua 1404 condo was a great place to stay on Panama City Beach. Beautifully appointed, comfortable beds and living area, beautiful view from the balcony, walkable to Pier Park, and well cared for. The pools and hot tub area were lovely, and reserving beach chairs and umbrella went smoothly. Those managing the condo were excellent to work with and very responsive! Easy check in, check out and access to the garage. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay!
