In the heart of the Lot valley and its vineyards, in a loop of the Lot river, stone gîte located along the greenway, in a quiet environment and close to the owners. It is an ideal address for sinners, in particular since the gîte is located 800 meters from the Lot river. Living room with fireplace, open fitted kitchen. Upstairs, 3 attic bedrooms (1 bed 0.90m, 2 beds 1.40m), bathroom and separate WC. Electric heating. Outside, open land of 1000m² shared with the owners, private courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. free WIFI. Animals accepted free of charge
