Villa Audrey is a village house ideally located in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, 13kms from Rocamadour, perfect to comfortably accommodate 2 couples with children...and up to 9 people! With its beautiful volumes, its bright rooms, and its equipment of great comfort and quality, Villa Audrey has everything to please. We appreciate its location in the center of the village with immediate access to shops and services such as bakery, butcher, grocery store, restaurant, bar/tabac, physiotherapist, dentist, doctor...etc , and we like the proximity of the Dordogne river at 1km (swimming, canoeing), the water park of the Willow at 1km. A few steps lead to the terrace and then to the entrance of the gite which serves on the same level: the living room with a kitchenette with built-in kitchen and all the equipment, a dining area and a lounge area with sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, a corridor leads to 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a bed 160x200 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90, bathroom, separate toilet. On the garden level, a hall leads to a bathroom with shower and washbasin, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90cm), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
