Come discover the “Aux Ecuries” holiday rental, located in a unique and unusual setting! That’s right—you guessed it—the rental is right in the heart of the equestrian centre! We love being right above the stables. It’s perfect for watching the horses in their stalls and around the grounds—not to mention the direct view of the riding arena from the windows in the hallway and living room! Respect for the animals is, of course, essential. Horseback riding is available upon request during your stay, and bike rentals can also be arranged by asking the owners. Ideally located near must-see tourist attractions such as Rocamadour, Padirac, Gramat, Figeac, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, and many more... A true haven of peace available year-round. The apartment is located on the ground floor, above the stables. The owners live on the same property, which is not overlooked by neighbors. Access is via stairs and a walkway: a large 45 m² living area featuring a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchenette, followed by a large hallway leading to 5 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and separate toilet. One bedroom with one 160-size double bed and one 90-size bunk bed, plus four bedrooms, each with two 90-size beds (which can be converted into 180-size double beds). Electric heating throughout the cottage. Wi-Fi access. Private 20 m² terrace with patio furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol. Parking. Unfenced property of approximately 38 hectares.
